RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days. All returned items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and any included paperwork.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we cannot offer any refunds or reimbursement for shipping expenses. If you refuse your delivery, the carrier will charge us for shipping both ways, these expenses accrued on your behalf will to be deducted from your refund. All refused and undeliverable returns are subject to additional restocking fees.

**Packages damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Use a carrier of your choice, it is highly recommended to choose one that can track the progress of the package to its destination. It is also recommended to insure the package and request signature upon delivery.

Make sure to send everything back and that the item(s) is/are in the original condition as it was received by you; all original boxes and packaging, books or manuals that were included, any accessories that were included, etc.

Please leave a note in the box with your order ID and reason for the return.

Please clearly write the RMA Number on the outside of the shipping box, do not write on, place stickers or labels on or deface the manufacture box in any way.

Please make sure to use an outer box when sending the items back. Secure the contents inside the box with proper packaging material (air bubbles, peanuts, packing foam) so the contents will not shift around during transit and damage the items inside.

**For computers, laptops, phones, smart watches, tablets and all other linkable items, these items must be unlinked from your account and any passwords should be removed prior to sending the item back. Any device returned with a password lock will be refused.

**We keep a log of serial numbers, if your returned item serial # does not match the original item shipped, you return will be refused.

If the item(s) appears to be opened, used or if the manufacturers seal is not intact, the order will be charged a minimum of 20% restocking fee. The restocking fees applied to returned orders will be deducted from the refund. The fee is determined after inspection by the Returns Department. If the item is damaged and does not comply with return standards as per our store policy and in compliance with Marketplace policies, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In special cases (the unit is returned in a materially different condition, missing items, damaged, the restocking fee can be raised up to 50%.) In cases with a defective unit, the fee can be waived by the Returns Department if the inspection verifies the unit was defective initially and not from customer mishandling.

Return Instruction

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
