INSE offers a simple and straightforward warranty to deal with in the easiest way possible.
The following terms and conditions apply only to orders placed in this store. For orders purchased from other platforms (such as Amazon), please follow the return and refund policies of that platform.
We do not accept any returned items without an order number or items shipped more than 30 days from the ship date.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Refund requests expire 30 days after a warranty claim is made. Refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed for items that have exceeded the 30-day window.
If you want to return, please do not return to another incorrect address by yourself until we provide the correct return address. Otherwise, we will not be held responsible and will not be able to refund.
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased machine, you can exercise the 30-day money-back guarantee.
2. Unwanted or wrongly purchased machines can be returned with prior authorization by contacting us on the site.
3. If the machine fails within 30 days, please provide relevant pictures or videos, contact us to help us confirm the problem, after we confirm, you will have 3 options for reference:
1) Customers can choose to return and refund; (customers do not charge any fees.)
2) Customers can choose to return or exchange the product; (We bear the shipping cost of the return.)
3) If new parts in stock can solve the problem, we can directly send specific parts for free without returning the machine;
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all costs associated with the shipping of the machine and/or parts.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. Merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

1. We do not accept any returned items without an order number or items shipped more than 30 days from the ship date.
2. Accessories do not accept any returns.
3. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage
4. Other non-process or product quality issues
5. Products that are excessively worn, have used obvious signs, and affect secondary sales
6. Due to normal wear and tear, accident, improper installation or maintenance, misuse (including failure to follow product documentation), neglect, disassembly, changes to hardware or support setup files, and external causes such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, floods, extreme heat or environmental conditions condition
7. Any defect caused by transportation or loading during return
8. Lost or stolen products are not covered under warranty
9. Returns and refunds are not accepted for items beyond the warranty period
10. Free products do not accept any returns or refunds
11. No returns or refunds will be accepted through third-party repairs
12. Illegal resource purchases do not accept any returns or refunds
- Return method
After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we inspect it and if it is damaged in transit, our warehouse refuses to accept it and we refuse to refund. If in good condition, we will process the refund.
We can only refund orders that have been canceled, orders that have not yet been shipped, or orders that have been returned and received in good condition.
INSE does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality-related warranty claims.
If/some parts of the product you received have quality problems, we will send you replacement parts free of charge. We are responsible for locating and solving problems.
*This policy is not to be confused with the manufacturer's warranty, which continues even after this 30-day return policy expires.
When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history.
2. Select proper return options. Depending on the seller's return policy and return setup on Newegg, different options are available:
• Click REFUND or REPLACE to submit your request directly. Or
• Click REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER to contact seller to request refund or replacement.
3. For the option of REFUND or REPLACE. Select the item(s) you wish to return or replace. Follow the instruction to complete.
4. For the option of REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER. On the COMPOSE MESSAGE Page:
• Choose Return/Refund/Replacement from the drop down menu.
• Verify the order number and request from the Subject.
• Specify more details, including item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail), the reason for your return, and the return for replacement or refund before click SEND MESSAGE button.
5. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
6. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
7. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
