I paid extra $$ to have it delivered in 3 days. well, it took 13 days to arrive!!!! Look at all the one-start reviews. So many customers have complained about the same problem. But the seller somehow continues to be allowed to sell on Newegg. Avoid this seller.

I was sent a "new" SSD drive. It came out of the original samsung packaging, a paper label was printed on a random box. This seller took the product out of the box then wrapped it in anti-static wrap. Guess what- that means it was used prior. Who knows what was on drive. Having to return it and I can't return because the original packing never came with it. Newegg should NOT work with this phony.

Recieved a damaged motherboard from them. They agreed to return a new motherboard but have yet to recieve anything 1 month later! Contact your credit card companies because that will be your best shot to get your money back. Neweeg also refused to help, claiming "we'd never sell a broken motherboard."

Order this item on December 15, it was supposed to be delivered on the 23 but it was 'delayed' in transit. Didn't get an update on the shipping or location of the item until the 27th at which point it was still at it's original label location. Item still has not arrived and it is now January 1. Who know's if it's ever going to come, it says it's in GA now.

Package Disaster Barely Averted

Seller should consider packaging items more securely. My package arrived ripped open and I firmly believe it is only pure luck that the box did not fall out - in fact, I'm shocked that it did not as I was easily able to remove the item from the hole in the package that was there. I don't know how this did not fall out. While I recognize the damage is not the sellers fault, I think that it could have been packaged more securely (small box of Airpod Pros) than just placed into a single plastic padded mailing envelope, with a floppy end. It should have been taped more securely without the empty end of the envelope flopping around and thus able to get caught in machinery as it was processed through the post office. I can send you pictures of the package if you'd like to see what I mean. Customer Service was polite and informative with respects to options for return, but this was not helpful in this case.

I actually ordered the rose gold iPad mini. The seller messaged me the same day to tell me they only had silver, offered me another discount, and asked me if that was acceptable. Since I was not getting almost 25% off I would of been happy to get it in any color. Very happy with my purchase and with the sellers quick customer service.

Can not get to BIOS; I get one short beep indicating OK; then long beep and three short indicating VGA problem. White LED light is bright indicating problem.

I really enjoy this mouse

With working from home in full swing, I was getting consistent pains in my hand from using my mouse at home (small portable mouse I use for travel). Looked for a reasonable priced mouse that would be larger to fit my hand better and decided to treat myself since I normally buy the cheapest products when it comes to peripherals. This product is great. I love the look and feel. No more pains in my hand after 10+ hour work days. Works on all surfaces I use it on. Mouse wheel is how I like it (full scroll and clicks). I don't need programable buttons, so no issue there. Haven't found a use for the horizontal scroll yet though. Oddly enough I haven't had to charge this at all yet and it has been almost 2 months so far.

Item sat in cart for two weeks under the title "label created"...I tried calling them, no one answered the phone. I think this seller is nothing but a scam artist....NewEgg should do a better job of policing these sellers. Very disappointed.

I ordered Anker wireless chargers for my wife. One of the power cords was defective. It took very little hoop jumping and after two emails Anker sent out a replacement that works very well. I would recommend their products to everyone.

After I place my order, I was wait a little, than I check Seller's rating.. and found a lot of review which are not as good as possible... and I contact seller and ask him pack my item properly.... I text to seller a few times with questions about "how we can get proff-of-delivery"...and got his reply fast , so I don't see any problems with our communication. And If we keep in mind that my order was placed on 08/24/2020, and there was one weekend.. so I've got an Item in a SEVEN day after order... Not bad at all! I'm happy with that service and highly recommend Instock Masks ! Serge
