The item was clearly use/pre-owned which was not listed anywhere in the description. Upon arrival the item had scuff marks and was dirty. Showed clear signs of use and arrived in a bubble lined envelope with no documentation at all. Very unhappy

Customer Service for a Defective Product

I would like to give a 5 star, but their Customer Service response is a little slow. 2 email before they responded. Second email response said they will get back to me soon. I email them two weeks later cause they did not respond soon. Third email, they took care of the issue in a day. I still gave them a 4 star because they did take care of the issue and that the email delay was probably due to the holidays. All emails were just before and after the holidays. I marked no for Seller's Customer Service because they did not respond on the 1st email. Overall, because of the holidays, I still think their CS did a fine job. Thank you.

I placed this order two weeks ago and I still have not received this item. This was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 business days. Thus far it's still no word on when it will be delivered, with no word from the seller or from newegg. Very disappointed. Will update when I do receive the item on the quality of the item.

It took about two weeks for the item to arrive. I ordered the Wall Charger, Liger® 34W 6.8A 4-Port USB Wall Charger with Folding Plug Portable Travel Charger, but instead, I got four Ligers that were two ports. I did not get what I ordered. Two of the four were faulty. It connects and disconnects every second when both USB ports are used. The label on the USB port side says 5V2.4A MAX but on the bottom of the charger, it says the output is 5V3.4A. Which is correct? False advertisement? It could only charge on one port consistently. For what I paid, this wasn't even worth it.
