Beware as I bought 2 Plantronics headsets (as new) and yet these seem to be refurbished or knock offs of the original product. My needs are very specific as we sell insurance and need the headset to last the entire day...getting a used or refurbished headset at the price of a new one is NOT a bargain. Do not buy from lightpro. I have asked for refund already but hate that I was deceived and wasted a week when I could have bought new from anyone else.

Needs better communication

I don't have anything negative to say about the seller; my unique situation just needed better communication from the seller regarding shipping time. I did receive the item as advertised, but I received my item really late based on when I placed my order.

Keyboards did not come in their own individual packaging, instead wee bubble wrapped together. Shipping was an eternity. Tracking useless and no response to emails.

Three weeks later, no item, no reply

Order placed, tracking number provided. Tracking has said "On Its Way to USPS" for three weeks. Emailed seller twice with no reply. Awful service.

I emailed seller on 5/4/20 and as of 4PM 5/8/20 I have heard no response. Tracking number issued on 4/27/20 shows never received by USPS. I would avoid this seller.

When I bought this I thought I was buying from Newegg. The item was obviously used, not in any packaging not compatible with my system although it never stated that. I returned it to Newegg

Product doesn't ship for over a week so I reach out. No response after two communications. It's been two weeks - no product, no response, nothing. With these reviews NewEgg should not allow them to be sellers.

I have used and recommended the Microsoft HD 3000 camera for many years. I recently need to get another camera and the prices vary wildly. I found this at a reasonable price. The shipping took a little longer than typical but I don't fault LightPro with that since we are all wrestling with the changes of working through the COVID-19 pandemic. Basically camera is was shipped well protected and works beautifully. If I were to need and find another item through LightPro. I would not hesitate to purchase.

Not received after 2 weeks, poor tracking and delivery date feedback to the customer

I still have not received the item, and assume there was a shipping slowdown due to COVID-19 virus outbreak. I received an email saying my credit card was charged on March 17th, and a shipping label with tracking was started. It is now April 1st, and I still have not received the item. California to Utah shipping is usually only a couple of days. The tracking information says the item was not "in transit" status until March 30th. There is no projected delivery date listed with the tracking information. I have been working from home for 2+ weeks and need the item (webcam) for work meetings.

⚠️ Warning ⚠ Sent the wrong item and didn't refund

I ordered 2x Razer Naga Chroma mice. It took two weeks to arrive, only to find they sent 2x Razer Naga 2014 mice. These are completely incompatible with Razers current software. Not to mention they are worth half of what I purchased. Contacted the seller who was initially super supportive. Said I could keep the mice for my trouble and would refund me within a week. Week came and went with no return. Contacted again, no answer. Contacted a week after that to give them a time deadline to refund me. No response. Finally had to contact Newegg customer service. They are now force claiming my refund.

Very Slow shipment process

When New Egg uses secondary companies to fulfill orders there needs to be some understanding that they won't sit on an order for a week before shipping that item out. I've purchased a fair amount from New Egg in the past, but I would need a very good reason to place another purchase from them going forward. In short, I'd rather pay a little more somewhere else and be assured my order would be shipped in a timely manor and without having to email them wondering why it hasn't shipped.

Keyboard arrived two weeks after ordering. No OEM box or instructions as shown. The keyboard was just wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a plastic bag. Steer clear of this one.

I have owned this mouse for several years (actually, 4 versions of it)...I liked it so much that every time one wore out, I bought the same one to replace it. Recently, I thought my most recent version died, and so I bought this one from LightPro. Got here very quickly, and was priced decently. Plugged it in and...not working properly. After several hours trying to get it to work, including removing and reinstalling the intellipoint software, clearing out the registry, and doing an internet search, I found that this mouse was just simply not compatable with Windows 10 anymore. Not sure what happened, since I've been on 10 for the last 2 years, but maybe there was a recent change/update in 10? Not sure, but found several other people online with the same problem. I bought a different brand of mouse that was listed to be compatable with 10 (the Intellimouse is NOT listed as working with 10), and that one works with no issues. I returned this mouse and the seller issued a refund. Great customer service, and they can still sell the mouse to someone who is still on Win 7 or 8, and they should have no problems. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
