After reading the reviews of this company.. I wanted to cancel the item before they even shipped it and the seller never respond to the message. Not only that they "shipped the item" but its been in the same shipping status for a long time! I dont know why newegg deal with these type of company. I regret not reading the reviews first before purchasing anything from these people. Do not buy from these people.

My zip code was only used for the delivery, and it's 4,335 km away from where I am, in the wrong country. Might be careful with the same seller if purchasing from them again, if at all.

I ordered a USB Bluetooth dongle from this seller, and it took 3 months to arrive. I ordered it in April and got it in July! I contacted the seller to cancel my order before it shipped, as I already purchased a different dongle. They out-right refused to refund me. The dongle is a FAKE. I plugged it into multiple PCs and it didn't register. I examined it, and it doesn't appear to have any components at all. Its just the end of a usb plug with plastic.

Tracking wasn't working, only notice there was that a shipping label had been made. Status didn't change at any time. Called New Egg about my purchase and how long it has been in progress with no update. They checked and said it is now in California (from China) but now several days later it still hasn't arrived. If I'd bought what I needed elsewhereI would have had it within a couple of days; this purchase from Lucky Shop has taken several weeks with no effect made to track it. I wonder if I'll ever receive it and if I should just go and buy the item somewhere else.

No I would not recommend this seller. I ordered from them at the beginning of the month and despite them getting a tracking number the item has had zero shipping updates. The item is not in route and has hit zero checkpoints.

My first transaction on your site and the last. Ordered this item almost a month ago and still has not arrived. I purchased this because I needed urgently for work and you just left me hanging. When I contacted the vendor, their response was it’s on its way twice. Terrible customer service. Stop using Covid as an excuse. Other vendors are managing.
