Not Mac's fault UPS messed up...

Mis-delivery of an item ordered January 1. While it was clearly an issue with UPS, apparently leaving the item on a random residential porch somewhere, I have to wonder if they used the FULL ADDRESS provided which, if they had, would have included the Company name on the label. Our shipping dock was open and active at the time indicated the package was delivered. The Company name is on a sign with letter 2 foot tall, easily visible from the street. The street number is also on the building. Did lazy label making contribute to the mis-delivery? We'll never know. Only save here was that a refund was promptly issued once the loss was reported and the UPS message about delivery was shown.

Ipod Stylus

These stylus's (stylii?) were very helpful! My fingers are so stubby that I can easily hit 4 letters at once when I try to use the iddy-biddy keyboard on my Ipod 7. A stylus makes typing in information a super- simple task. Talk about getting rid of a lot of frustration! I just wish I'd found these about a year ago.

Everything looks good and came in time! Naturally it was the holiday season so things were a wee bit delayed, but that was on delivery’s end. The company got things sent out and shipped ASAP and I’m super happy with them!!

Bought the item for Christmas gift but seller told me after he created labeled for shipping that it was ship to wrong address when it was never ship base off tracking.. Seller promised to update me within 5 day for resend another item but never responded until i emailed him. WORST THING, item never receive and only refund being process few days before Christmas. Now im stuck without a gift for a kid with high hope for that item. Very sad service. Will never purchase off Newegg again

Tried to buy a doll for my granddaughter. Was told there was a mix up with my address either with them or the warehouse and could not deliver doll. And oops no dolls left. They did however refund my money but certainly did not deliver on the product they said they had.

The product I ordered arrived in a sufficient time-frame and undamaged. I cannot give detail on the quality of the product, as it is a gift yet to be given, but that would be of no fault of this, the 3rd party seller. I would rate my experience with this seller to be 5 stars if not for a shipment slip-up. To detail, I had received UPS notice and tracking for the product initially at the end of November and have been following it until date of arrival upon which point I received an email claiming that the delivery had been made and confirmed by UPS. The issue was that my package had not in-fact arrived, which caused my some anxiety, it being the Christmas season and re-order potentially delayed until after the holiday if done. Since the delivery was confirmed by UPS, on New Egg's website, there was no way to claim a lost package, despite the websites instructions on what do to for this exact situation. It was also during the evening that I went through this research, so calling New Egg for customer service was not a possibility. I then emailed the 3rd party separately and got a quick response, detailing a mistake on their end. As it turns out, the UPS tracking label was created by mistake and the item was actually sent by Fed-Ex, of which the representative included the tracking number and an ETA. The package was delivered today and found to be in good condition. TLDR; Quick and competent customer service and undamaged product in a reasonable time-frame, but points deducted for a mistaken duplicate tracking number from the wrong packaging service.
