love the glasses just wrong size, i verified my size. So no worries, just waiting on return label and replacement glasses the right size. Havent heard anything yet though

Frames are crooked

When I received the frames, they were crooked. I sent an email to you asking if they were not able to be straightened out by my Drs optical department, can they be returned and how would I do this, but I never received a reply.

I got these as a gift for my daughter. She had a pair, but they got scratched, and she wanted another pair. It was pretty close to Christmas when I ordered them, but they arrived in plenty of time, and she loves them!

I would recommend this seller. I have reordered these masks and I made a mistake when I did so. I contacted New Egg within a few minutes and they made sure that my order was immediately cancelled. Then I was able to send the corrected order. These are the best masks available to the average American who is afraid of going out with or without a mask.

I was thinking it is a complete set as it shows in the pictures. But when delivery it was only one part. The description of items and only parts pictures should be shown on the website not the complete set pictures. The website is quite deceiving.

Sold as Waterpik, but received Waterpik replacement handles. Contacted Newegg, the seller, and received return authorization. Received email on 7/22 that return received and will be notified when opened. Now 7/29, no notification. we'll see.

Wrong Item Sent, Customer Service Clueless and only got partial refund for their mistake

They sent the wrong item (not the same item as described on the website and on the invoice. I chatted at least three times with three different agent and when I told them the wrong item was sent I was met with, "what is your question" or "what can I help you with." After I finally got the invoice stating a return was coming, it was for the WRONG AMOUNT. I expressed my concern and was told not to worry, that was from the vendor and the return from New Egg would be for the total amount. WRONG. You get what you pay for. This site has sucked.

Seller never shipped the item.

Tracking info shows that a label was printed, but the item was never received by the shipping company. The seller never answered my email and didn't issue a refund. DO NOT TRUST.
