Returns Policy

Our return policy:

Return Period:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 21 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation and accessories. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note:
1. Goods will only be accepted for return within 21 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. Buyers MUST email us to get return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded
3. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you use a traceable method (such as Fedex or UPS) and buy both insurance and signature confirmation if the item is expensive.
4. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Restocking fee
A restocking fee will be charged for an OPENED item, as it cannot be resold as "brand new". The restocking fee varies from 20% up to 80% depending on the condition of the returned product. For example, if the item was just merely opened, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. If the returned item is materially different from what was originally shipped from us, such as missing parts or original packaging, a restocking fee of up to 80% will be applied.

Original Invoice
To help facilitate the return, please go to your order history, print out the order invoice and include it with the package that you want to return. Missing the invoice will delay the refund process.

Non-returnable items
We will not accept return for the followings:
# Items that are damaged or abused by the buyer
# Items that are missing accessories, such as remote controls, cords, and cables
# Items that are missing original boxes

Estimated Processing time for return and replacement.
1) Return for a refund:
we will process the refund (deducted by original delivery charge and applicable re-stocking fee) after we receive your return package. It could take up to 6 business days for the money back to your credit card or to your newegg balance (if you use newegg gift card to purchase). Newegg will automatically send you an email to confirm the refund.

2) Return for a replacement:
We will process the replacement after we receive your return package. The process could take up to 3-5 business days. Tracking number associated with the replacement package will be updated.

Please email us if you find your return package is delivered but you don't hear from us. We receive hundreds of packages a day and sometimes there are some delays on processing the refund/replacement.

Return Instruction

1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
