This seller purposefully waited until a week after purchase to even begin shipping the item. It was bought as a gift, part of a gaming build for a child that will now be disappointed, but at least will get a nice lesson in how unreliable people can be. Giving one egg because I can't give zero.

Ordered two Seagate Barracuda 1 TB hard drives and they packed them with 22 small styrofoam packing peanuts. They were not in a box and left over an inch of room on the sides and top to move and bang around. I fully expect them not to work or at least have a poor life span due to how beat up the box is. It's absolutely atrocious that Newegg allows this seller on their website. I would fully avoid this company like you would Covid-19!! If you're going so skimp on the packaging at least put a fragile sticker or something on it. It's obvious by the way it was packed the person who did it knows little to nothing about the parts or simply doesnt care, either way they should be replaced with someone more competent. You've been warned, order at your own risk.

Two hard drives ordered and paid for. Only one sent but invoice indicated both were sent. Net To Zero failed to respond to emails. NewEgg customer service got involved. Still awaiting resolution since Net To Zero hasn't yet responded to NewEgg's inquiry. I will never order a part from Net To Zero again. Order from them at your own risk.

item was labeled as refurb. So i knew what the possible range of expectations were, the board arrived without any extras. Which is fine, i knew that might be the case, and the compensative price offset the lack of peripherals. The board arrived on time and I didn't have a ton of leftover parts to toss when I was done with the build. There were a couple of bad scratches on the board heatsinks... but again, its a refurb unit and I was aware that might happen. All-in-all no complainants.

Turns out it wasn't incompatible, and I was waiting for 2 weeks since it appeared at there factory or whatever, and I haven't got any news from them besides that it appeared. And it takes me to file a claim for them to even send an email, and all they say is that they are checking it for me, thank you.

He always seemed annoyed with any question. As well as having only one contact number which is the owner's cell phone. The biggest problem is the processing time. I ordered on the 12th of april, order was finally processed on the 16th. After processing it took them 3 more days to make a label. A couple of days later when I called about it. He said that it shipped out but there was no new tracking info. I asked to get priority mail for it so it would ship faster. Which was not worth it because I finally just got my package today on the 1st. I would honestly not recommend this vendor for any items. Just stick with items sold and shipped by newegg. Net to zero is very sketchy in my opinion. So save your self the hassle

I order a power supply and I didn’t get what I order was sent a random part for a mini case but the paper work that was sent with the part said it was the power supply and I tried to call but was put on hold for hours

They shipped a hard drive with no padding. Just a hard drive in a sealed plastic bag in a box. The raised circuits on the board seem to have punctured the plastic bag.

This seller represents what is wrong with the Newegg Marketplace. I'm not even sure there's anyone who works over there because there is zero customer service. I purchased a PSU from them, and immediately after I found a higher tier PSU for cheaper that had free and faster shipping. So I tried to email them to cancel my order. Now a week later with no response I'm getting notified that I'm being charged and the order is going through. Why can't I just press a simple button to have my order cancelled and prevent a charge like a normal Newegg order. Please do not shop from this seller. You'll have a better experience elsewhere, or I should say you'll actually have the experience you'd expect somewhere else.

I ordered a 1TB seagate spinning disk drive that was expected to show up 10 days from when I ordered it. About 13 days after ordering it I emailed this seller and now, about 17 days after ordering it, there is still no package or answer. I would not buy from this seller again and I recommend you don't either.
