It's been a month since I ordered my product through NewEgg. Apparently, the product was through another company and that company didn't have my product in stock. So here I am still waiting on a product that is already paid for.. but no product. Very disappointing.

If you order from this dealer and are NOT within the immediate Miami area, chances are your order will be billed as shipped, when in fact the seller is WAITING for backorder shipments for countless orders ahead of your own. It's been 2 months since I've ordered my KRK Rokit speakers and I've yet to see even so much as anything more than a label that was printed. I definitely have patience, but the manner in which this company handles business is beyond unorganized.

Do not buy from this vendor. I ordered speakers, and they said they shipped, but did not move for a week. I emailed the vendor, andd they said they were backordered (then why mark them as shipped with a tracking number?). So I asked for a refund, and they agreed, but never gave me. I had to go through the NewEgg marketplace process, which they never responded to, to finally get my money back.

Never got shipped, i contacted the seller to get my money back and still hasn't responded or sent me a new shipment. All of their stuff is automated so it's really hard to get a hold of them. Would still like my money back

Was informed item shipped via UPS. Never recieved

Was informed via the UPS notification the item had shipped. I was charged for the order once my card was verified. After 1 week, shipping status had not changed. Seller gave no explanation as to why it wasn't being shipped / picked up and simply issued a refund. Electronic amplifier was hard to find and had to find another carrier. Will not purchase anything from again.

Earnest, but not Satisfactory

I have a hard time recommending this seller or other sellers to other people from newegg. This is my second experience where I received a product that was either in poor condition or I did not receive the additional components listed in the product description. Despite having received my package late, they did respond quickly - but not to the degree I would expect of a professional audio company. And it took a long time to receive the missing pieces of my order, and given how much it was - I was truly disappointed. It really takes little effort to prepare a package and mail it I think. But whatever the reason is, I can say the product functions as intended. It appeared used - given that the original factory box was opened and had bent ends. But it works as if new. And I have been told my voice sounds very clear on my microphone now that I have the mixer to power it and alter my voice. But if it wasn't for the Newegg market team - I may not have received such a swift response or the product I ordered. So I am deeply grateful for their assistance in the matter. For future purchases - I would probably advise customers to just go straight to the NewEgg customer service rather than contact the seller. I find the sellers to be less kind and helpful as the NewEgg staff.

I didn't realize the you guys have items that are way cheaper than the other popular sites. I saved close to 150 $$ than if I had purchased elsewhere. I will continue with Newegg in the future. Thanks.

Decent, but not great.

My item never shipped. A tracking number was sent to me but it was never picked up by UPS and went 'missing' After two weeks I got in touch with NewEgg support and they worked with ProSoundGear to remedy the problem. After almost 3 weeks ProSoundGear let me know they would ship another item, but at this point they were out of the product and only had the Display/Demo item available. Gave me a small discount but it's still been a pain in my rear end. And now should get my item in a week or so.

It got lost during shippment

I ordered the speakers on 11-30-17 and today is 12-17-17 have not rec'd the goods as yet. Prosoundgear claimed it was lost and they were going to send a new set and expedited the shipment so I could get it within a few days but a week has gone by and no speakers. Not very happy.

I was given a tracking number - which was for an item delivered 2 days before my purchase. When contacted the seller, they said that the order was cancelled the day I placed it. I never got order cancellation email. Instead I got charged the following day. No item, no refund - we are at day 15 from when I placed the order.

I had a terrible experience. I ordered merchandise, the package was damaged in transit. After discussing with a Newegg rep, we discussed and decided to cancel the order and get me a refund. Instead of refunding my money, they resent the item and refused to pay for the shipping. They gave me the run around for weeks. So far, issue still hasn't been resolved.

I placed an order for Numark NV2 on Oct 18th 2016. The seller did not ship the item, so newegg voided the order on Oct 25th. I was asked to order again if I want, so I ordered it on 25th Oct, but I asked newegg to cancel the order with 30 mins of placing the order. Newegg sent a cancellation request to "ProSoundGear" asking them to cancel the order. No reply. On Nov 1, I got a shipping notification for the order I asked to cancel, but the order wasn't shipped yet, so I called newegg again and asked them to talk to the seller and stop shipping the item because I wont be available to receive the package. Newegg contacted the seller again (call and email). Still no reply. The seller shipped the item, it was delivered to some the address (Its a business address). When I called newegg to ask how they will resolve the situation, they say its on me because I accepted the "terms and conditions" which state "cancellation is not guaranteed". Why the hell is newegg in the loop then? Instead of forcing people to buy your stuff, try getting some ethics. Now newegg apparently sent tickets to their internal market department (they always say this when they want to stall you) and Im pretty sure I lost $700 because they dont care what happens to their customers. You will be much much more comfortable buying the same item at other online stores (even if its more expensive) because you dont have to deal with this kind of issues. Note- I have received a mail from the seller stating they NEVER received any cancellation request from Newegg. So who is lying?

Lost in the Mail?

I was notified that my item was shipped out via USPS on February 18th. It is now March 3rd. No package. I had emailed Newegg 6 days ago requested updated ETA and they didn't respond. USPS doesn't have any tracking that they received the package, ProSoundGear now says they did give it to USPS...it is no where to be found. Requested a refund (5 days waiting period for refund) and will be ordering same item from a reliable seller.

Great Shipping, Incorrect Order...

First things first, the seller did a great job getting the order packaged and shipped quickly. I appreciate that. The order came smooth, no visible issues with packaging, etc. I have to rate this seller low, unfortunately. I specifically went with this seller because they offered the TRS to XLR cable bundle with the speakers. After double checking my order, I have confirmed I did order the bundle with the TRS to XLR cables. I use a roland interface that is TRS out, not XLR, so at this point, I have pretty monitors with not ability to actually listen to them because the seller didn't read what I ordered. Was it rushed without double checking that you were giving me what I ordered? I am a little frustrated... I have been waiting all week to get these set up in my home studio, but now... guess I will just sit an look at them until I can figure out another method to resolve the sellers failure.

Well I have had a couple cays to get settled in with the new monitors and Mackie Big Knob, I cant be more happy with this seller, had a couple questions about my order after shipping and was replied to within an hour, shipping was fast, product as described, no problems at all.
