The box arrived in bad condition
It was supposed to arrive weeks ago and it hasn't been shipped yet. No response at all and I can't refund the order without losing money.
I tried to order some fans from this seller. I received an email that the shipping label had been created. The product never shipped. I'm working to cancel my order at this point since they are now behind by several weeks.
Ordered new fans nearly 1 month ago. So far 2 shipping labels have been created with the package never being shipped. I've emailed the seller twice for status update and haven't heard a thing. At this point I'm starting to think I'm going to recieve a new GPU before ever getting my fans, and that's really saying something considering......
I did not come on time because it was Christmas which was fine, it arrived eventually and that’s all that matters!
Sent me a bad motherboard, couldn't build to find out until return period was over. ASUS has been giving me the run around trying to get it replaced after they damaged it more in repair.
For 36 days the order status was label created and never sent. Will receive a refund up to two weeks after a 30 day waiting period from when the order was placed.
Took almost a month to get here no tracking until it got here shipping was awful just wrapped it didn't put inside an extra box so everyone could see what it was I'm surprised they even showed up
Ordered at the beginning of the month still waiting on items. Seller email said it would take 7 business days to deliver its sat in Melrose with no updates for 12 business days. Seller really should find a new shipper.

I have reached out to New Egg Customer service who has done a great job in assisting me. I have ordered these fans back in December and have yet to get them. They have sent 2 emails to the seller and the seller has not responded. If you’re looking for something look for a different seller.
The seller marked my item as 'Shipped' and never shipped the item out. I presume that due to a shortage of the item I ordered (Corsair Fans), they thought they could just leave the order in this pre-shipped state until they got the inventory on their hands. Who knows. They do not respond to any sort of communication. Very bad customer experience and with how long they've taken to communicate or send me anything, I've ordered my fans from other vendors and received them just fine. STAY AWAY FROM SELLER
At the end of the day, I got the product I wanted, item was about 20% more expensive than other vendors, I found out after I did more research outside of Newegg, including the Logitech website. They also didn’t ship it for about a week after purchase and after reading other reviews, I attempted to cancel since I paid for faster shipping and they didn’t seem to care. Basically, beware when buying from this seller. If you’re ok waiting awhile, then go ahead.
No shipping information was emailed or posted to Newegg app initially. After one week, I emailed the Seller requesting status. After two days, I received a terse reply and provided a tracking number. According to USPS tracking, the package had not been dropped off by the Seller. I sent an email back to Seller asking them to find the original or ship another or refund. Eventually I did receive the product (for which I am satisfied). Two days after delivery, the Seller sent a terse email suggesting that I check my email. No explanation for the delays, no query as to whether I had received. I found that to be somewhat rude and evasive . I will not do business with tSeller again.
I am thinking this might be a scam... I highly recommend not buying anything from this seller... and i will never ever buy anything from them again... never got the order, had very cryptic and unsatisfactory answers from the seller when inquiring about the order... its not been picked up by the delivery company in about 2 weeks ... requested a refund 2 times and was basically was told to wait for the shipment ... ( that hasn't even left the doorstep of the company )
Yes. This Seller is reliable. Everyone needs to know that this product is coming from Singapore. If what you are looking for is worth the wait! Then this product is worth it!
paid extra for faster shipping and almost a month later i still dont have my package. they messed up the shipping information and it went to the wrong address, even when i contacted support and told them the address was wrong before the item even shipped.

Never received my item after 1 month of waiting. The tracking number never showed anything.
