Do not list as new if it isnt. Delivered and shipped very late. When it finally came, there were clear blemishes of it being used rigorously. Gross.

already opened a dispute after, in good faith, giving the seller/newegg/usps almost 2 months to get it delivered due to the pandemic. No-one involved had any helpful or useful solutions and everyone just pointed fingers. I have ordered twice now from NewEgg and both times had a serious problem with long drawn out convoluted solutions.

Seller contacted me directly after I setup a replacement upon receiving the wrong item. They were extremely unprofessional, arguing in a petty back-and-forth as to why they didn't feel the need to accept my return. This was after Newegg had already accepted the return and the item was on its way back.

What showed up was the C930c which is the China version (as best as I can tell). It shows in device manger with all Chinese characters & does not work with any of the Logitech software for it.

Ordered Logitech G502 Lightspeed wireless mouse on 10/15/20. Item arrived 11/10/20. Do the math - that's TWENTY-SEVEN (27) DAYS. I spent those waiting eagerly to replace my currently failing mouse. After 2 weeks of waiting I began to worry and checked the seller's info - Razer Store: no affiliation with the hardware brand Razer whatsoever. Kind of a red flag. Shipping directly from China. That's 2 red flags. Assures customers their orders are trackable. Tracking would be tied up in very ambiguous phases on the other side of the world for days and weeks at a time. 3 red flags. Item arrived today NOT in retail packaging. 4th red flag. Poorly packaged at all. 5th red flag. With slight damage to product and peripherals. 6 red flags. In summation - I'm sending it back. It took so long to arrive that I have just 4 days to start a refund with no guarantee that it will even process in time and their returns policy states that the product "must be in original retail packaging" which they didnt even provide so I'm sure there will be some excuse. When I ordered there was next to no feedback on this seller and at the time of writing there are several bad reviews and another for the same product I ordered. 0 out of 10 would not recommend buying from this seller.

Sent the Wrong Item After Six Weeks

I ordered a Corsair M65 Pro mouse on 9/20 and received a M65 Elite on 11/2. They used the pandemic as a cover to avoid exchanging for the proper item. They also refused to cover the price difference even though the Elite is cheaper than the Pro on newegg.com. Avoid this seller. They'll make you wait forever for whatever they felt like sending.

Manipulates Search Engine to Dupe Buyers

This seller listed my item with Free Shipping, and a price that was just lower than that of competitors. As it was part of a cart with other items, I failed to notice that there was something to be alarmed about. This Seller is not affiliated with Razer. This Seller had no reviews at the time of my purchase. This Seller is located in China. Immediately after my purchase, I realized my mistake, and I contacted the Seller to Cancel the order. Their response was, "Just Wait". Because they had replied to my request, they were doing their part (according to the rules). The response was anything but reassuring or what I had hoped to hear. The product, ordered on 10/10, arrived on 10/31. I purchased and received the same product from another Seller during that time. Now, I have to go through the process of seeking a refund on the item which finally arrived from China. They should have just let me Cancel the order. There was PROOF from the Tracking Information, that the carrier did not pick up said package until days after I had requested Cancellation. They are not who they claim to be. They hope to make money from people who fail to realize what I had to learn the hard way.

I found your ordering and tracking process very confusing. My one order got divided into multiple orders/shipments, resulting in numerous emails regarding when my card was charged and the item(s) shipped. Probably won’t use Newegg in the future.
