Ron's Home and Hardware began operations in May of 2006. Ron's is named after the owner’s father, Ron, who was right at home in a hardware store. Ron's Home and Hardware is located in Speedway, Indiana, The Motorsports Capital of the World.
Ron's Home and Hardware was created to expand our customer base to offer quality products to customers across the country. We are proud to be a True Value Retailer.

Please double check your items and personal information before submitting your order. Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed in any way. This is in effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If an error has been made, please accept the shipment, and request a return authorization to send the item back for a refund. Orders refused at delivery will be charged applicable fees including return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Upon receipt, examine the box and all contents immediately. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of any damage or defect. If you do not contact us within that time, we may not be able to refund you. Please send us and email on any issues or questions on product so that we can deal with them.
After 30 days, all warranties are the responsibility of the original manufacturer. If you need information for the manufacturer’s warranty, please send us an email us and we will help you. Please understand the manufacturer warranty is meant to protect you and your investment in your purchase.
You will be asked to provide detailed information regarding the product issue and pictures of any damage.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. You can request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) for any order up to 30 days of receipt. Most requests are approved if they made within 30 days from receipt and your order is unused/unopened in its original packaging.
All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write on the item or packaging. Ron's Home and Hardware will charge a restocking fee of 15% for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. Ron's Home and Hardware reserves the right to refuse any such returns. These policies are in place to protect us from abuse and is based on our experience.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not reimburse any return shipping charges. There will be a restocking fee of up to 15% on all products that are being returned in original packaging (unused/unopened). Items returned opened, used or not in the manufacturer’s packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for any returned item that is lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure that your return shipment is insured (if necessary) and reference your return tracking number provided by the carrier.
Please follow our Return Instructions: Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the shipping label. Any merchandise returned to Ron's Home and Hardware without prior authorization will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to Ron's Home and Hardware freight prepaid. Ron's suggests that you use UPS Ground Service (Insured) or FedEx Ground (Insured). Sorry, Ron's cannot accept COD or Freight collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
