Shipping fees: are not refundable.

Shipping: For orders that ship free the shipping cost will be deducted from the original purchase amount. For watches and other low value small items shipped domestically a standard fee of five dollars will be deducted. For larger and higher prices items fees will vary based on weight and location.

Claims: for Defective or missing items you must contact us within fourteen days of receipt of merchandise. For defective items, item will be exchanged upon receipt and confirmation of defect. After This time period please refer to the manufacture warranty where applicable.

Shipping Damage: If item arrives damaged due to shipping, keep all shipping cartons; and contact our customer service within three days of receipt of merchandise.

To return an item you must contact us, to obtain a return authorization. You can email support@shopemco.com.com or by calling 1877-436-6988.
Place the original package into a shipping carton, and pack carefully.
Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
Please ship with a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
All returned or exchanged items must be in mint and clean condition, with tags blank warranty card and manual. In the original box, items that were shipped in sealed blister packaging must be returned unopened, watch links may not be removed.

This watch never worked. Either the battery was bad or it was the movement. I never tested it and put it in a different timepiece and could not put the back cover back on. Don’t but watches this cheap or from China is my lesson

the "free" shipping was one of those horrible multi-carrier deals like DHL home delivery or FedEx smart post. Very slow and impossible to track. I won't be ordering from Newegg again as a result of this practice. Its not the first time I've been jammed on these junk shipping methods

The item was supposed to be an RCA amplified TV antenna. What I received was an RCA non amplified TV antenna that was used and had a rabbit ear antenna missing. The box was banged up and it was obviously a returned item, it was supposed to be new. They said on the invoice to contact them if there was a problem but gave no email address or phone number for customer service. New Egg contacted them and they emailed a return label so I could return the item. New Egg issued a refund. New Egg was very helpful and took care of everything. I will never buy from Shopemco again but WILL buy from New Egg again they were very professional.

Shopemco is the seller in which I purchased this item (CLASS 10 SD memory card). Upon receiving my package, I noticed the wrong item was shipped; instead, I received a CLASS 4 micro sd memory card that was 8GB in size (TS8GUSDHC4). I immediately contacted Shopemco's customer support. They were prompt to answer my initial email, but the rest of my experience has been disappointing. Their service manager confirmed that I had indeed been shipped the wrong part (picking error). She said she was going to send me a return label (but failed to confirm if or if not I would be sent the correct item), however the return label was nowhere to be found in the email. I waited a day in anticipation of another email that would contain this label so I can get it sent off to no luck. I then emailed them and inquired as to its status. The response I received said that Newegg must have blocked the attachment and that Shopemco would request Newegg to allow its transmission. I waited YET another day... nothing! I finally sent another email saying that I still didn't have this return label, nor have I received any idea on when or IF I was being sent the correct part... I received another response saying that they would need to work with me outside of Newegg's messaging system because they are not able to email a shipping label through it (Surely I am not the first customer of theirs that has needed to have a return label shipped to them!!) and asked me for my personal email address. I responded by asking for clarification on when I would receive the correct item (because I am in a time-crunch) and also gave them an appropriate email address only to have Shopemco start calling my cell phone. When I answered, the representative said that they couldn't read my email address because Newegg had redacted it in my message. (Should this be so hard?). I took advantage of the opportunity of having an agent on the phone and asked for clarification on as to when I should expect the ORIGINAL item I had yet to receive. She explained that they would ship the item only after they received the errant item they shipped me. (Okay, makes sense if I were requesting a warranty return or something, but this was Shopemco's mistake -- do they not have any sense of urgency for my needs/timetable? Apparently Not.) By this point in time, I should've had the correct item three days ago and it looks like it may be as many as six or more business days before I finally get what I need. I kept my cool (because I understand how it is to be on the receiving end of a frustrated customer service experience) and asked the agent what time-table I should expect expressing that I am working on a very tight time-table and need to explore other options to meet my deadlines. Her response was a non-response completely avoiding my question and restating the whole line of... "your product will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned item..." Bottom line: -Fast customer service -- albeit not helpful to me -I will NOT be purchasing from Shopemco again because of this experience -I will be exploring any recourse options with Newegg if my experience doesn't get any better quickly -I will be leaving a review about my experience on the product page as well -While I am sure most transactions may go smoothly, be advised that if it doesn't, my experience may provide some insight as to how your issue may be handled.

Try a different delivery company. I ordered items with East Coast based companies on the same time, and delivery was much faster by 3 weeks.

Item was a couple days later than predicted and the tracking info did not update, but it was a good price and the item was exactly as described. Late and untrackable would have been a concern on a more expensive item, but this was no big deal.
