**Return**

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, 15% restocking fee will be applied for the refund. Buyers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returning item(s). Shipping costs are NOT refundable. Please visit the “Returns Policy” tab below for more information.

**Warranty**

We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of your new purchase item(s). Please see below for our Terms & Conditions.

• Damages caused by impact, shock, fall, sand, dust, dirt, dampness, leaking batteries, fire, theft, attempted theft, vandalism, acts of war or terrorism, corrosion, water contamination or ingress, frost, flooding, winds, earthquakes, lightning or other adverse weather conditions are NOT covered in our warranty. A warranty card is not required for our warranty service.

The buyer would have to pay for returning postage. Please keep in mind an additional fee could be charged if there is any damage caused by human factors.

• We offer a full refund if you receive defective item(s). Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Returned item(s) must be kept in good condition in order to qualify for a full refund.

• In case of any missing content, Suntrail Co., Ltd reserves the right to deduct a certain amount and not to provide a full refund.

Returns Policy

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:


1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history.

2. Select proper return options. Depending on the seller's return policy and return setup on Newegg, different options are available:
• Click REFUND or REPLACE to submit your request directly. Or
• Click REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER to contact seller to request refund or replacement.

3. For the option of REFUND or REPLACE. Select the item(s) you wish to return or replace. Follow the instruction to complete.

4. For the option of REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER. On the COMPOSE MESSAGE Page:
• Choose Return/Refund/Replacement from the drop-down menu.
• Verify the order number and request from the Subject.
• Specify more details, including item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail), the reason for your return, and the return for replacement or refund before click SEND MESSAGE button.

5. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.

6. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.

7. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.

Return Instruction

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
