This item came a lot quicker than the rest of the items I purchased. Looks to be relatively easy to install and set up.

Was looking to replace a HD on an older PC and was able to find brand new stock to keep machine running with very little efforts. Would definitely order again.

This crew was great. After having been burned by another vendor who kept shipping the wrong drives repeatedly, I was a little shy about ordering from another NewEgg partner vendor; but they really came through. Prior to buying, I eMailed them with questions to confirm I was indeed going to get HITACHI 15K SAS drives. Not only did they respond within the hour, but they also posted a picture with one of the drives in hand. Needless to say, I ordered immediately; the drives shipped quickly, arriving actually a couple of days before I had time to install them. This morning I plugged them in, formatted their partitions and re-added them to my RAID array. While it took a couple of hours for the array to rebuild itself (as RAIDs do), the whole installation process from shutdown to reboot took less than 20 minutes. I plan to purchase from TekDealz again. Thank you.

Drives manufactured in 2016. One would not pass drive integrity tests. These were sold as NEW!?

Ordered 3 drives and 2 had bad sectors and called Seagate to find out they are not authorized. Seagate replaced 1 drive but not the other drive. Tried reaching out to seller and have not received a response. Avoid if you can.

These hard drives did not work as new when they arrived, and had to be re-RMA'd since the initial RMA only accepted one of the two hard drives.

I believe these are nice hard drive with cheap price, good for home build server. I guess it is cheap is because it is made year ago, and not the latest model.

Everything worked just like online sales is supposed to.

It appeared to be "In stock" so I was expecting it to arrive much sooner than it actually took.

I purchased expedited shipping for almost as much as the drive, and still need to wait 4 days.

Been almost three weeks contacted the seller still no response

This review is from 2 different Transactions 1st Order was 2 HDD's, Items were as Described and Packaged Well. Delivered on Time. 2nd Order was 2 additional HDD's, same as previous order, as Described Packaged Well, Delivered on time, but received only 1 aka Half of my order this time around. I contacted the Seller, they asked if I would like the missing one shipped or refunded, i opted to have it shipped, as I still wanted/needed the drive.. 5 Day's go buy, no response, no information regarding shipment. I start a claim with newegg to either recover my cost of the missing drive, or get the drive shipped. Now I will have to wait another two weeks I don't understand how hard it is for people to count 1 HDD, 2 HDD. You see 2 on my invoice, ship 2. The invoice had 2 listed, but the box had 1 HDD in it. It reminds me of how a fast food place can screw up so many orders. TEKDEALZ gets 3 eggs Total 5 Eggs for the 1st order, 2 for the second order due to the initial communication and responsiveness, but then the abandonment. for an combined average of 3. It's hit or miss. Good Luck!

would not recommend no communication. sent bad hard drive opened case for replacement no communication no tracking for new hard drive. beware
