To ensure customers are satisfied with the merchandise purchased from VideoSecu, we accept returns within 30 days for a refund or replacement. VideoSecu will not responsible for any return exceeding 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. RMA# must be requested for return. Return must be received within 20 days of RMA# issued.
Product Condition:
Returned package must be kept in the original condition, with the complete items, accessories, documentations, etc included.
RMA Number:
To return a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. The RMA # will be valid for 10 days after it is issued. Please contact us for it. Return shipments without a valid RMA# will be refused.
Refund & Exchanges:
For item returned in original condition, 15% restocking fee will be collected. Any item that has been installed or is not in its original condition: 20% restocking fee. Any item that does not contain original packaging, manuals, hardware and accessories: 20% restocking fee plus any fee associated with replacement of the missing or damaged items. Please note that the actual shipping and handling fee collected to carrier is nonrefundable, including Free-shipping items. Buyer is responsible for the return charges. For exchange returned in original condition, buyer is responsible for the return and re-shipping charges, no restocking fee plus.
Defective Products:
If the product was discovered defective, please take pictures of the defective items for investigation purpose and contact us within 72 hours from the receipt day. VideoSecu would replace new one after receiving return items and undertake the re-shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for the return charges.
Damaged Products:
If the product was discovered damaged in the transit, please take pictures of the damaged items for investigation purpose and contact us within 72 hours from the receipt day. We will file damage claim to carrier for customers. VideoSecu will not responsible for any loss if the carrier refuses shipping damage claims. Any damaged products only can be replaced with the same models. VideoSecu does not refund for returns of damaged items.
Note:
The shipping charges and restock fees will be deducted from the refund fees. The balance will be refunded back to you after we receive the items.
Please follow the normal return procedure for a fast service. We have the right to refuse return if the guidelines above are not met.

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
