The original inspiration for this product came from our founder's daily processing of photos and videos. He found that using traditional keyboards to operate editing software was complicated and less efficient, and his ideas were often interrupted by operational problems. However, there was no product on the market that could truly solve these problems, except for traditional keyboards. It was impossible to find an intuitive, convenient tool that could deal with editing software.

Our TourBox team was thus founded in November 2016 and began to create new tools that would reshape the industry.

The team grew gradually as the company’s R&D developed, and now consists of hardware engineers from Google, Autodesk, software architects, industrial designers, structural designers and creators. To continuously innovate and truly meet our customers’ needs, cartoonists, directors and photographers were invited to join the team and optimize the product’s design and the user experience.

We innovate step by step and are dedicated to developing a tool that can increase efficiencies and truly optimize operational experiences. We will never give up and have used this determination to solve the problems we faced during development.

We spent two years developing our product to ensure that it had a longer service life, could be used with a wider range of applications, and offered creators an optimal user experience. We also built an all-new underlying framework to overcome various problems, including the logic problems of mixed operation, component durability problems, Generic Interaction Protocols, integrated human-computer interaction design, and more.

TourBox’s hardware and software have both been lifted to an incomparable level through verification, trial and modification, as well as the continuous efforts of our R & D team.

In October 2018, we eventually launched a crowdfunding project on Kickstarter, and proudly released a commercial version of TourBox. The crowdfunding proved a great success and empowered us to start the mass production of TourBox.

We built this product from the ground up without having much experience to refer to during its production. To create a device that enables humans to interact with computers every day, we had to take durability, operational comfort and appearance into consideration, which was a huge challenge for us. To tackle these difficulties, we invited supply chain management experts and production quality management specialists to join us. We succeeded eventually and the finished TourBox products were delivered worldwide to crowdfunding supporters in 58 countries in July 2019.

Our supporters speak highly of the TourBox and have started applying it to their digital workflows after customizing it to meet their needs.

We will not let our supporters down, and all our hard work and effort over the past three years have finally paid off.

TourBoxTech Inc. Return Policies
. All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from TourBoxTech Inc.
. Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. All return request for refund or replacement can be submitted via Newegg Return Portal with valid return reason selected within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date and valid RMA numbers will be provided by Newegg

Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. All return or replacement request will be processed within 5 business days after returned item is received by TourBoxTech Inc.
2. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, TourBoxTech Inc. will refund the amount of sale.
3. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and restocking fee unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
5. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation or customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by TourBoxTech Inc..
6. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
7. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. TourBoxTech Inc. will refund back to your method of payment.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Labels
Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. For products that are eligible for return or replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period and return reasons. TourBoxTech Inc. does NOT charge restocking fee and return shipping labels within return policy period for returns of damaged or defective products, wrong product was sent to you, or the product did not match what was shown on website. In the event a returned product which is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost and the return shipping cost initially covered by TourBoxTech Inc. will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

Return Instruction

1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
