Who idyiashop
We are everyday people just like you, for the most part. I guess you can say we are technology geeks that enjoy water-cooler talks about real life speed difference between SATA II and SATA III or philosophical debates on how much memory is too much memory for your computer. Gamer here also enjoy discussions of epic battle that was had online (or getting owned like noobs and blame it on mouse DPI settings) and gaming strategies (buy 3 or 5 potions to start the game?). However, the lead accountant here doesn’t really enjoy tech or gaming talk, he’s kind of an outlier here, and we have conveniently assigned him to the cubicle way back in the corner of the office. And, just like you, we get excited when we have something mailed to us. We track online while refreshing the page every 5 minutes to see where it is and when it will arrive. Enough tooting our own horn. Every company will have a fancy “About Us” page that promises everything. At idyiashop we try to keep it simple, by keeping the customer happy. Paid for the LIAN LI PC-O11 Dynamic, and paid for the faster shipping because I was only going to be in town for a short while. Had to contact them on my own the day before estimated arrival, and they responded saying they were out of stock. OUT OF STOCK??? How is something out of stock when I already bought it saying they were in stock? Basically a scam if you ask me. I refunded immediately because it was that or wait 2 weeks minimum. Please don't buy from this seller, and please look at reviews of future sellers so I can learn the lesson for you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM. Ordered a motherboard, realized it wouldn’t work with the cpu I ordered, so I cancelled the order, but it still said shipped and I have not received the item or a refund.

Created a shipping label and never shipped. Two weeks later they said they would cancel my order upon my request, but never did. After more than a month I finally got a refund after filling a claim with new egg. They should have 0 stars.

I should have done more due diligence before ordering from this company! After looking back now and seeing all the horrible reviews saying the item never arrived and/or refund never issued, I can only add my experience to all the others saying DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My item never came and here I am almost 8 weeks from the date I ordered the item, still trying to get a refund! Newegg really should consider whether they want to continue to allow this company to trash their reputation!

This seller appears to be having a very bad time. Everything you read in the reviews occurred to me. Item not shipped, when I inquired was told item was damaged, but they did have it available and could forward the item to me. I had read the reviews, so I cancelled my order, and asked for a refund. Was told I would see it in 3 to 5 business days. When this did not happen I contacted them again and customer service said they would check into it. I finally resorted to filing a claim with Newegg, which is in the process of being settled. Covid-19 has impacted so many of us. I just wish I knew for sure if this business has been impacted by Covid-19, or if it truly is a bad seller.

The review was sent before I recieved the processor. It said it could come by December 30. It is January 4, today. I haven't contacted seller service yet figuring a day or two would be needed if they had shipped it and it hadn't shown up in tracking yet...but the review came first.

For over one moth, the oder is not shipped(just create shipping label). For my email, the seller does not reply me until I filed a claim. Guess what's in the email? It is a question! A meaningless question about cancelling the order. I answered "sure, I want to cancel it". None reply any more, no action performed. For now, I do not remember how many times I contact Newegg customer service. The problem is not solved yet. The only message from seller is a question: do you want to cancel the oder? Sure!!!!!! This is the first email I sent to you!!!!! You jjust change it into a question????

NO ITEM RECEIVE...

I send a second message asking about my purchase and I have not receive any message from the seller. I order the item on Dec. 8 and now is Jan. 2nd.; and nothing. The only thing is this Tracking # 1Z8W91080397286371 which it said that the USP has not receive the package to be deliver to my address. I wondering what this seller is doing, and what NewEgg is doing about it. If I don't heard anything from the seller in few days time, I will take this to my Credit Card Bank. Don't buy from this seller; it is obvious they don't send the item. I work for the USPS and once the package is in the system, then you understand that it will be some delay because the time of the year; but the package is not even on the UPS network.

Not Good - Don't Order From This Seller (idyiashop)

Item was noted as in stock. I understand that during the pandemic things might happen a little more slowly, but creating a label right away and nothing happening in 21 days is absurd. Either the item is not in stock, or the seller is just gaining interest on my money, which they have had for 20 days with no action other than creating a label. I hope I receive my refund. If I were this company...which claims to be about customer service...I would follow up in some way if the order was delayed or unexpectedly back ordered. Going 3 weeks and nothing happening is not right...especially since they got the money already. So, it seems pretty clear that they want your money without actually working to fulfill your order. Again...loan them your money so they can sit on it, invest it, and make extra money while they do next to nothing (creating a shipping label apparently). Again...do not order from this company!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.

I have been waiting for almost month for atleast a shipment date and nothing has popped up, I am okay with a wait as long as there's a delivery date, it has said "package has not arrived to shipper" since Dec 9 and it is Dec 31. I atleast expect a delivery date a minimum like in my previous orders.

I think they need to do a better job of packaging or school the person(s) responsible for packaging on how to properly package items so they don't have so many items that get returned BEFORE UPS can pick up items/packages. In looking at the reviews, it seems to happen quite often. So, it took 16 days from when item was originally ordered before UPS picked up item and then UPS delivered promptly. The 2 customer service agents that I communicated with were great, a lot of things are out of their control!

As with other reviewers, they made a shipping label but made no attempt to actually ship the item. I reached out to them twice through Newegg's customer service and they never responded. They are here to scam people. I would rate them zero eggs if I could. Absolutely horrid seller.

At the time of writing this review I still have yet to recieve my item which I purchased several weeks ago. My item was lost during shipping, upon contacting the seller they responded within a day but it took several days after that to recieve a follow up about a new item being shipped in which I had to send another email asking for an update. A new item is on its way (at least I think so, the item has been listed as in the same location in CA for almost a week and I fear it may have been lost yet again) however it is by standard shipping. It would have been nice to have gotten an upgrade to priority shipping as it will be just shy of a month after my purchase that I will be receiving my item and it was of no fault of my own that my item was not received on time.
