Seller contacted me after item was marked shipped, then said they were issuing refund but instead marked the item as RMA damaged during shipment but item never shipped? Doesn't make a bit of sense and its 4 days after I put the order in.

I ordered an item and a week later was sent an email saying my refund had gone through. No explanation. I assume they did not have the item I ordered, but who knows? I have nothing bad to say about this transaction, just that some communication would have been nice.

The only issue was the packing slip showed the wholesale price of the unit which was disturbing this should be corrected for future shipments.

Tried for a refund, they disappeared

I bought this and it was the wrong generation so I couldn't use it. I contacted them for a refund and they sent a return label and I sent it back. They received it a month ago but have not responded to my emails or sent a refund. Be wary of them, they seem to have a shady history.

When I ordered this product it was well listed for a . Tab-A tablet. It would have been nice to point out that this product was for one of two Tab-A tablets clearly and note the differences between the two (i.e.) screen measurements or some other identifying comments. This product looks like it would meet my needs if only it was the correct size.

One of the worst sellers I've ever encountered

I purchased a Cooler Master HAF X Full Tower case from these guys. They took 4 days to process my order and then I found out they issued an RMA without my consent. They claimed that they had sent the wrong item. However, since the order was in my order history I could see the UPS tracking number. The package was being shipped to KKS Global. I looked on Newegg and KKS Global was offering the same case for $200 more. These guys sold me a case and then cancelled the sold it to someone else so they could get more money from another seller. Ridiculous.

Issued incorrect tracking number. Issued second inaccurate tracking number. Item was never received and I was directed to contact USPS customer service. Seller eventually acknowledged that the item was lost in transit and issued refund.

Order was placed. Payment was processed. Delivery determined. Then...Delivery delayed. Next thing I knew, my payment was reversed. I have no idea what happened, but I never got an explanation why my order was apparently cancelled. I'm not out any money, but I've got to look elsewhere for my item. A little explanation would have gone a long way in this situation.
