Sager told me to just twist them to fix bend. They refused to respond to my requests for exchange or refund after that sole response. I had to file a claim against them

I have purchased an item, which was already sold and later i received email that it was already sold. Your system should update the products immediately which will save customers time.

2015 Comfort Furnace Infrared Heater Matte Black

I contacted Gary at sportsbysager prior to ordering the 2015 model, specifically asking about the year as I had received an older model from another company and wanted the newest model. He assured me it was the 2015. I did receive the item in a few days and the box and item were in good shape. The only problem is the heater was date stamped 08 /11... not exactly the 2015 model. I spoke with Gary personally and he blamed Comfort Furnace for the error, and after checking the warehouse there were no 2015 Matte black heaters, all were the 2012 models made in Vietnam in 2011. The only one he had was a 2014 in Tuscan Walnut for the price of $468.00, which someone close by corrected him and stated that was for 2 heaters not one. He stated the 2 year warranty was still good and I stated it was actually a 3 year warranty. So I paid $219.99 for the alleged 2015 model while the company sells the older version for $164.98 on another website. This is clearly false advertising.

Nexbelt Black "Carbon" look Nexbelt

Item delivered as promised and looks real good. Seller is excellent. However, through no fault of the seller, the buckle has broken where it attaches to the belt holder. One of the pins that holds it in place broke and it can' t be worn safely now. I've emailed Nexbelt support but have not had a response yet in a week. I love these belts and don't want to ding the seller. However, be aware if there's a problem with your belt, Nexbelt support does not respond (No phone number provided to call them).

Worst seller I have ever dealt with. They sold me a used/refurbishment Leupold GX 4i and listed it as NEW, (the manual inside was bent, did not arrive in factory plastic). The power button was not registering a click, and then completely stopped working after 2 times out on the course. After talking to two separate people at the company, they'd refund my money HOWEVER they were going to charge for shipping and restocking, even more sketchy is that would not provide an RMA until I shipped the unit back. The customer service would exchange but I figured I'd just get another broken unit. The customer service was rude, unwilling to help and failed to see how it was their problem. Leupold is a top notch brand, and this unit is top of the line laser range finder, just find a different seller to buy from!!! I will NEVER buy from this seller ever again and would advise everyone to find the product at a reputable dealer!!!

The listing for the product did not indicate anywhere that this item was a refurbished product but the box that arrived clearly did. Newegg put me in contact with the seller who acknowledged the "error" and claimed they would send me a return shipping label - which never came. I contacted Newegg customer service who also confirmed the discrepancy and said they would help get the return accomplished - but this has not yet happened. Way too much inconvenience and lost time without any satisfactory resolution. I am very disappointed!
