vidaXL is an international online retailer. "We offer a surprisingly large range of products consisting of thousands of articles from categories like home, garden, garage, DIY and clothing." Moreover, in all countries in which we are active, we offer customer service in the native language.
Why are we here?
Consumers are increasingly price-conscious. vidaXL offers products for in and around the house at competitive prices, and want to make these products accessible to as many consumers as possible.
How do we achieve this?
We select products that are in high demand and acquire them at the source, on a large scale. We are able to influence the design and packaging of these products, which allows us to optimize them for the whole supply chain, and ultimately offer them to our customers for a very reasonable price.
We offer these products to price-conscious consumers throughout Europe and Australia and the United States, through 31 webshops as well as a host of different platforms (like eBay and Amazon), and we are always hard at work to expand and reach even more customers.
We started with a small scale online shop, but as our company quickly grew we started manufacturing our own products under the vidaXL brand. The number of products produced exclusively for vidaXL took off exponentially, and we quickly expanded our market to several European countries. Our next step was to establish our very own vidaXL.com webshop to meet the demands of what was quickly becoming a success story. The company's success lies in sourcing and offering products at ever more competitive prices by constantly searching for cost reducing measures without compromising on quality. By always keeping ia clear and explicit focus on value for money, we laid the foundation for an efficient and successful organization.

Shipping and returns are always free in the vidaXL webshops. Should any issue arise with your order, we give you our word that it will be resolved to your satisfaction.
Shopping at vidaXL makes you feel good. You can buy vidaXL products through whichever platform you're the most comfortable with, and on top of that we promise that shopping at vidaXL will give you the rush of getting a ‘good deal’.
At vidaXL.com, we are invested in customer satisfaction. We hope to provide an enjoyable shopping experience for you, and deliver products that live up to, or even exceed, your expectations. We only sell brand new items, which are in excellent condition when we ship them. Should anything go wrong during transport, however, or the product not be to your liking after all for whatever reason, you can always return it free of charge.
vidaXL.com offer a cooling off period of 30 days, starting from the day of receipt. During this period, you may unpack and assemble the item to see if it is to your liking. You may also try it, similar to the way you would in a physical store, as long as you do not put it to actual use. As soon as you put the article to use, the cooling off period ends.
We strongly suggest you check the contents of the package directly after receipt. If the item is damaged or incomplete, let us know by contacting our customer service team.
If there are no quality issues with the item, but you are dissatisfied with it for any reason, you may also return it. This also applies to clearance and sale articles.
We have the following requirements for a return:
1. The item is complete
2. The item is in its original packaging and state
Please contact our customer service within 30 days to inform us of your wish to return (a part of) your order. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of having received the returned item.
If you want to request a return, please contact us by email through email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your request we will provide you with the returns procedure.
We will send you the return labels and all you will need to do is take the product to a UPS drop-off point. Please do not send any items back to us of your own accord, as our returns procedure is free of charge, and allows us to keep track of the shipment through our courier’s systems.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
