I ordered a cello case and the website indicated it would be here in 7-10 days. Still no word from Savings Mall and I sent 3 messages asking them what is wrong. I guess they have enough business and don't need mine.

Ordered 3 8-port switches 07/09/13, charged on 07/15/13.
Also given a bogus tracking number. I contacted SavingsMall POC on countless occasions as time progressed. I still have not received any tracking information or update as I was told each time I spoke with them, before their communication stopped altogether. All I wanted to know was the ETA. ...It is almost October. It amazes me that they are allowed to continue their business through NewEgg.

First time I've used this seller through Newegg and probably the last time. As with many others, tracking information was invalid. They did reply eventually to an inquiry staying they will look into it but no further correspondence and no valid tracking numbers.

I wrote them a scathing email this morning however the items did then show up at our business suddenly without any notice.

I can't conduct business not knowing if/when items are coming. Unless it's an absolute crazy deal and you're not in any rush or won't be furious if you don't get what you ordered eventually, then possibly use Savings Mall. Otherwise I'd suggest to stay away.

What I don't get is how Newegg keeps a seller like this on their Marketplace. I've been dealing with Newegg for 7 years and I've spent hundreds of thousands with them. Providing access through their system to a seller like this reflects badly on them. Ultimately Newegg is responsible for anything advertised on their site and sold through them.

Found out weeks after placing the order and a dozen emails begging for any info such as tracking which I never received, that the order never even shipped and there was no ETA. Newegg was great in trying to handle it, but this seller is horrible and I will never do business through them again.

Just like in previous reviews, this seller claims to have an item in stock, takes your money, and then issues a bogus tracking number. They don't take phone calls either. Finally got someone to call me back and they gave me a refund. She had "no idea" why they issued me a tracking number for an item they didn't have in stock. Thanks for wasting my time!!

I suppose I have to give at least one egg, but if I had a choice I'd give NO eggs at all. Terrible service experience. I ordered a Tripp-Lite 10 port USB hub on the 6th of July with 5 to 7 day standard shipping, received an invoice with a invalid tracking number, 13 days later I haven't received the shipment and my inquiry regarding shipping and the tracking number have been ignored.

I expect, and have always received, exemplary service from Newegg. This provider does Newegg nothing but disservice.

I'll not make the same mistake a second time. Please don't you make the *first" mistake.

Order an Item on June 28 from Savings mall. Received my Tracking on July 1. However, tracking number was wrong. I called Savings Mall several times but no response. I used Newegg messaging to contact them to check on my order. but no response. Newegg assured me they'll take care of me if I didn't received the item by July 10. I did finally receive the order. However, Customer @ Savings Mall doesn't exists. Future buyer be aware. I will not buy anything from this reseller. Newegg should pull the plug from this merchant. I wish I can give them a rotten egg.

Never received the items ordered, tracking information was incorrect, and after emailing them twice, I gave up and contacted NewEgg directly for a refund. Disappointing that you can't trust sellers, especially this one.

I bought a 230 dollar stand from them. I received notification that it was delivered, but it was delivered to some random address in Texas (I live in Florida). The quickly sent me (2nd day air) another package. Upon arrival, it was broken. Spoke with customer service, and after about a week of dialog, I got the RMA and sen't the broken piece back.

They were very helpful in ensuring that I had a working product for the money I paid for it. I am giving only 4 stars though because of the initial problems which delayed me from getting a working product that I pad for weeks ago.

got the pedal in a timely fashion, but was given incorrect tracking # and savings mall would not answer emails or the phone when called. I will not buy anything from savings mall again. I wish Newegg would not have started drop shipping from untrustworthy vendors.

Would never buy anything from this seller ever again.
Purchased a lamp, that came from savings mall, sent it back, and it has now been 30 days without a refund. Seller keeps telling me i will receive my refund shortly after they confirm the product has been returned to their warehouse...HELLO, you've had it for almost month.

This is why i usually buy everything from the other seller that's name implies a jungle....they would have stepped in and solved this - they focus on customer service unlike these other online retailers who shouldn't even be in business.

Wow yeah these guys are horrid. I ordered the part and then received every indication that I should get it. It was back-ordered and canceled twice within their own system without any notification given to me. More than 10 days after I placed the order I give them a call and instead of the customer service rep being understanding they greeted me with sarcasm and when I asked if they were going to issue me a refund they said "We keep our customers money all the time.... No sir I'll issue you a refund...OK?"

I would NEVER buy from these guys again and this may change our attitude towards buying from NewEgg in the fugure.
