My shipping address was listed correctly (Washington state) but the item ended up in Tennessee somehow. I emailed and received a response that the item was not in stock anymore and that I request a refund. I did place a claim with Newegg and received a full refund. Unlike some other reviewers I was able to contact them and get refunded. But since other people had the same experience, down to the item being delivered to the wrong state, it sill feels like a scam in hopes that people will not bother getting refunded.

Waiting three weeks since the label was printed for shipping, never had contact with seller. Demanding refund and haven’t received that either. Do not waste your time with this person.

The seller didn't sent the item for weeks. When I checked on the site it said that they hadn't even shipped the item, so I requested that they cancel my order

Instead of cancelling it, as I politely requested (twice) they decided to send it, completely disregarding my request and I purchased one elsewhere when I saw that, after weeks, they hadn't even shipped it.

I requested a postage paid return label (this mixup is not my fault as a customer) and they wouldn't sent, just insisted that I reject it -- although I told them in several emails that the shippers just leave these items at my door.

Overall it was a nightmare to deal with them. And apparently I am still dealing with them, and they never stop emailing with excuses.

I have emailed your reps 4 times with no response. I understand the times we’re in, but either you’re in , or you’re out. Don’t take an ordee and show that an item is pending shipping, or creating a label to ship for 7 days. After charging my card in full. Which is supposed yo be when shipped. So I finally ask , and Im told means we dont have items yet? So I said cancel the order , and that you did, but credited me less than amount you charged. 4 times no response!!
Again I get the times so I ordered same item from (rhymes with tamazon )and had it in 4 days. Either you can or can’t.... Try honesty with customers. We like that

I have waited for this order for a while. If it is due to coronavirus, the goods cannot be paid within 5-8 days. Trouble you should update your webpage and let me know before I pay for the goods. Rather than happen. I am angry at what happened in this order.

Do not buy from this seller they are horrible with their packages. I was first given the wrong tracking number, and when I emailed them about it they straight up said they lost it and that they were now out of stock. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

Asked for a cancellation on order and they didn't do it. Had to wait forever just for them to send it to the wrong address. Dont order things from china (where this seller is located) its nothing but a headache.

After a entire month of waiting for my item, i finnaly emailed them asking them why they never sent it, and responded with something along the lines of due to covid-19 they were unable to ship it but if thats the case why not message me "hey you just paid money for something but we are currently out of stock or unable to send it and dont know when we can, would you like a refund"?
