Rating + 1 Suntek Ignored Newegg Support

I ordered a PS4 and some accessories from Newegg without realizing one of the accessories was from Suntek and not Newegg itself. I immediately contacted Newegg support to cancel when realizing this. The order was still in Order verification stage and not packaging or shipped. Newegg support could not directly cancel but reached out to Suntek via email that I was copied on. Suntek ignored this email for 2 days and then charged my credit card and shipped the item. This seller is located in Asia and has extremely long ship times that I cannot get out of now.

it was supposed to come with a rechargable cable - it did not. Battery only, The laser pointer does not work. The mouse workss intermitantly. I would like to return it but dont know how to send something back to China. Can I send it back to you?

Rating + 3 Laptop US Keyboard - Black for Compaq Presario 1200 / 1600

The Seller shipped the keyboard in a bubble wrap envelope. This did not provide enough protection. When I received it, it was bent and warped out of shape. After straitening as flat as possible I installed it and was surprised it worked. I guess I am some what satisfied!

The drive trays I ordered for a Lenovo server were high quality in all respects. There was very little delay in delivery, given that these items were shipped from overseas. Mostly I am very pleased.

However, the screws that were provided to secure a standard 3.5-inch hard drive into each tray were the wrong thread, and when I tried to use them in a standard drive, this caused the screw hole to become cross-threaded and I could not get the screw all the way in. These screws are flat-head and MUST go all the way in so that the head of the screw is flush with the side of the drive tray. This way, the drive tray with hard drive can be smoothly inserted into the drive carrier.

Fortunately, I had enough of the correct screws on hand and was able to complete the installation without further problems. However, If I had not had these extra screws, I would have been very upset!

Please check your stock to be sure that the provided screws are correct thread for standard hard drives

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", we will refund the amount of sale.

    2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

    3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.

    5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. We will refund back to your method of payment.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
