There was an issue shipping the order i placed when they tried to ship through USPS. When i contacted them about it they said they would cancel the order and refund the charges. I told them to try and see where the order was first but cancel it if they couldn't find it. It's been weeks since that communication, i have emailed several times since asking for the order to be canceled and refunded only to be ignored. DO NOT deal with these guys.

No response for long time. And I did not receive a drive with WD Blue Label. It was an old Black & white labeled drive (although the drive was new). The shipped it after 5 or 6 days. I had almost canceled the order.

Ordered on 11/1, received 11/27. No response when I tried to contact them directly. Newegg also tried. Only when I requested a refund, did the product finally ship.

The worst seller I have ever come accross on any site 11/16/2017 12:14:52 PM
This company is the worst. I purchased an item from them on November 7th. After several phone calls with Newegg Customer Support and several emails that I have sent, they still have not shipped the item. It is now November 16. The status for the shipment is: "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item" and has not changed for the last 5 days. RIDICULOUS!!! I am starting to wonder if I will ever see this item. I should have avoided them when I read other reviews complaining about the same thing.

Very Late Delivery! Beware of this seller.. 11/14/2017 5:03:01 PM
I bought the 2 Seagate 500GB Enterprise drives on 10/19/2017. When I got the shipping confirmation email and checked the tracking it said "waiting for seller to give the item to the post office." That is where it stayed for about 2 weeks. I called the seller Tech Experts at a number that looked like a cell number. All I got was voicemail box is full! Probably other customers calling to complain. Finally I called New Egg to complain and they contacted the seller and got them to ship the items. I just received the hard drives yesterday on the 13th of November almost a month after I placed the order.

Worst buying experience I ever had on NewEgg and I have been buying from them for over 10 years. I will not be buying from this marketplace seller again and I will only buy products that are sold and shipped by NewEgg in the future.

Received no communication and my order was stuck on shipped for a lengthy period of time but when I ran the tracking number provided it was just "label printed" for two weeks. Required that I complain before they even tried to really ship the package. Once I finally received the drive it was fine, appears new and works well.

Seller claims item has shipped (thus they get the $ for the transaction from NewEgg), But Item did NOT ship 11/10/2017 11:39:51 AM
While other people might have had excellent experiences with this seller, we have not. We've placed (2) orders with them in the last three months, and both times the seller claimed the item had shipped (which would release the transaction funds from NewEgg), but tracking indicated the shipping label had been created but the package had not been surrendered to the carrier. Both times, after a week + of no movement on the tracking #, we contacted the seller to request and update; both times this first message was not replied to. Both times, we sent them second message approximately a week after the first message (so ~ 2 weeks after the vendor claimed to have shipped it). First order, they actually responded to the second message, and we eventually got the order. Second order, they on'y responded AFTER we had contacted NE for a refund, claiming that their vendor had shipped from overseas rather than the US, but that they would ship the order out soon. This vendor is clearly scamming people and not delivering on their delivery commitments.

Newegg used to be a reputable reseller. Those days are gone. Now it is a collection of shysters who are too unscrupulous to sell anywhere else.
I ordered 3 NEW hard drives from another seller but I received very clean and repackaged drives with over 30,000 power-on hours on the SMART report. While dealing with them for a refund, I ordered 3 more from Tech Experts. You might think passing off 3-year-old drives as "new" is bad but it gets worse. Tech Experts took my money, created a shipping label, and never shipped anything. They won't answer email so I have asked Newegg to step in.
Then I got an email asking me to review my purchase! Okay, I thought. I'll leave a review - so here you go. That's my review.
I'm done with Newegg and all the crooks that sell in their site.

Extremely poor and possibly non existent 11/7/2017 3:46:36 PM
I ordered 3 Hard Drives on the 28th of October. I have yet to receive those drives, in addition, they have not responded to any of my messages. The order shows as pre-shipped since October 30th but it wasn't actually updated until after November, which makes no sense to me. How do you pre-ship an item? Either you ship it or you don't.

Be careful on this seller. I'm not even sure that they are going to even send the product. My next step will be to contact New Egg.

If i cant contact the seller, I'm hoping New Egg can help. I have a server down and really need the drives. Had I knows I would have these issues I would have ordered it from somewhere else.

Voicemail is always full. Responded to an email once and no action was taken.
Still waiting for Newegg to refund our money.

My item didn't arrive for over a week. I contacted the seller and got radio silence for several days. After they got back in touch with me, they explained there was a hangup at their warehouse and sent me the item for free, so I'm happy!
