At The Wires Zone, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If for some reason you aren't happy with an item on your order and want to return it, we make returns and refunds extremely simple.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Any complete, like-new item returned within 30-days of order date can be returned for a refund or replacement. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. All returned items must include the original packaging and all contents (such as packaging material, adapters, harnesses, and manuals). Any items found to be defective at the time of purchase or damaged during shipping can also be replaced. After 30 days, the manufacturer warranty will apply. We can provide you with the information you will need and you will need to contact them directly.
If returned items are not in like-new condition, we may refuse a return or charge a higher restocking fee. Items not in like-new condition include, but are not limited to: items missing original item packaging, used items, installed items, abused or physically damaged items, items missing parts, items damaged due to improper return shipping, items with a different serial number or defaced serial number, pre-cut wire.
You are always responsible for the return shipping regardless of the reason for the return. We offer Free Shipping on most of our items and if an exchange is requested we will ship your replacement item in most cases for free as long as your item is returned during our 30 day guarantee.
To return or exchange an item, please first contact us at 1-877-778-7938 or via Newegg Message and we will provide you with detailed return instructions based on the item you are returning/exchanging.
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days from receipt. Funds will be returned via the original payment method. We will credit for the item only, shipping fee may be deducted from refunds on items with Free Shipping.
Exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days from receipt.
We do accept International Returns but you are responsible for the postage.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
