Rating + 1 Think 3x's before Ordering from This Seller....

I now know why "Thedealyouneed" has such poor ratings. I should have followed my first thoughts and never ordered after seeing all of the negative comments. They shipped me a damaged phone and took forever to refund my money. However, New Egg stepped right in and quickly expedited the process after I emailed them and CC'd this seller. I love the New Egg website and will continue to shop with them, just never again with this particular seller. They left a bad taste in my mouth with their carelessness.

Rating + 2 Incompetent or unethical?

It was critical that my order arrive quickly so I ordered AND PAID FOR next day shipping. When I checked the tracking number I had been CHARGED for next day mail, but it had been shipped only as priority. Was was this a gross mistake or did they just think I would notice? I called NewEgg and they intervened and I received a credit back for the cost of shipping. Meanwhile it took nearly 8 days from the time I placed my order until I received my phone.

I purchased a cell phone from Thedealyouneed. There was a problem with the phone when I received it. They when out of their way to correct the concern even though the defect was not their fault. Most anyone can do good business when things go as intended. It is how a company handles concerns that really speaks to their professionalism. Thanks for thinking care of me, guys.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
