Founded in 2000, Toychute strives to offer our customers excellent value on hot and "in-demand" toys. By working together with manufacturers and vendors, we are able to extend our super-low prices to our customers. Toychute is based out of New York, however, we ship out of several different warehouses across the country. Toychute welcomes manufacturers and vendors to submit their products to us by contacting us.

Friday and Eve of Holidays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST
Sunday: By email only
Closed Saturdays and holidays (U.S. holidays as well as Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Shemini Atzeret, Passover, Shavuot).
Any orders placed while we are closed will not be processed until we reopen. Toychute will not acknowledge the order or the payment until we reopen.
- Returns Policy
Toychute works hard to bring you the best merchandise. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your unopened merchandise then please follow the following steps:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject "NEWEGG RETURN REQUEST: " and your order number.
2. Please include the following information within the body of the email:
- Your name
- Order number
- Item you want to return (name, model #, and color if applicable)
- Status of merchandise (for example: box opened, sealed, never opened, damaged, etc.)
- Are you interested in a return or exchange?
- Reason you are requesting return
Toychute will then email you back with instructions for the return. Please do not ship any merchandise back to us without authorization or before receiving instructions from us. Our returns department may not be the same address on the shipping label, so failure to follow these instructions may result in your merchandise being lost and forfeiting the opportunity to get your money back.
1. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. No shipping fees will be refunded (that means originally shipping it to you and you shipping it back to us).
2. If the actual shipping costs are higher than the shipping rate we charged you, or if you received free shipping on your order, then the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount (meaning you are responsible for the actual shipping cost).
3. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee is due to the fact that returns are costly to us (labor cost to initially ship order, labor cost to restock item in the warehouse and adjust inventory, labor cost for billing and refunds, and cost of corrugated boxes).
4. Returns can only be requested within 30 days.
5. Toychute only accepts returns on new and unused merchandise. If the merchandise is defective or not working then Toychute will either forward your claim to the manufacturer to send you a replacement, or work with you to exchange the merchandise for another one.
6. Toychute reserves the right to refuse any return request at our discretion for any reason including open or used merchandise, customer neglect, etc.
7. Video game consoles, accessories and software can not be returned. For any problems with that merchandise please contact the manufacturer directly.
8. If for some reason your product is damaged or missing pieces, Toychute will first attempt to guide you through fixing the product or send you a replacement of the missing/damaged piece before returning or exchanging.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
