About Toynk Toys:

We are located at 2249 Windsor Court, Addison, Illinois 60101 (about 15 miles from Chicago city limits). If you are in the area, stop by and check out our retail store open 9:30 to 5:30pm Monday through Friday (closed on weekends). You can give us a call at 630-656-1074 or email us through Newegg.

Toynk began by operating out of a small apartment in 2001. Today we have 101,00 square foot warehouse that houses our offices, store, and the inventory. Our staff varies from 40-200 people depending on the time of year (ie - Christmas, Halloween).

We carry the latest collectible toys and action figures as well as a huge variety of costumes, home/office items, nifty gadgets, gifts and more! Our toy selection varies from mass market (dolls, sports figures, etc), specialty market (limited edition props, statues, etc), and imported toys not available in the USA. We ship to all 50 states and virtually every country worldwide.

Our philosophy is to continually improve and change how we run Toynk to better serve our customers. We work every day to expand our product selection and improve shipping speed, customer service, and pricing. We hope each time you come back to visit us you will notice improvements. I was extremely worried that I was not going to be able to get this item before school started. This was also a VERY HOT item in GREAT demand. It arrived early as a matter of fact. The backpack is the coolest backpack I have ever seen. It is great quality and looks very well made. This will be the FIRST year my Daughter is looking forward to the new school year. =)

I ordered the giant lobster hands and was told the product would arrive within 5-7 business days. The lobster hands were part of a costume I was wearing in Maine for a party. The product arrived 9 days later, two days too late! I was disappointed and my costume was ruined..can't be a lobster without awesome lobster claws! The product itself was good however as it arrived well after the 5-7 days advertised and now I no longer need them it was a major disappointment

    Q: Can I return my order?

    A: Yes, Toynk has a 30-day return policy. Here are our instructions for returns:

    • Please notify us by email at or call us at 630-656-1047 so that we may give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    • Items must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving them.
    • Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
    • If returning a costume, it must contain all accessories and original packaging. Credit will not be issued if the costume is incomplete.
    • Clearance items are not eligible for return/exchange.
    • The following items are considered Non-Returnable unless they are brand new, unopened and in their original packaging: Dog costumes, undergarments, wigs, beards, mustaches, make-up, novelty teeth, tights, and socks.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable
    • All costume sales are final after 10/28/2015 and are only eligible for exchange

    Q: What if I ordered the wrong size? Can I exchange it for a different size?

    A: Yes, you are welcome to exchange the same costume for a different size. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. An RMA for the exchange is required – please contact us at 630-656-1074 or email so that we may issue one to you. The item must contain all accessories and be in the original packaging.

    Q: What if I receive the wrong item or the item is defective/missing parts?

    A: We make every effort to ensure that each item is in brand-new condition before we ship it. In the event that the item is defective/missing parts or if you received something different than what you ordered, please call us immediately at (630)-656-1074. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so that we can remedy the error.
    Q: Can I refuse a shipment if I no longer want the item?

    A: Yes, but please be aware that a return fee of $5.00 and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. International orders are subject to being charged the full amount of return carrier fees.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
