Unhappy. Wrong Items Shipped. But quick refund. 1/13/2017 3:20:41 PM
I ordered a USB HD Case. I was sent a tiny plastic hanger for some sort of device. After a couple weeks of not getting my original item I contact them and they found the mis-ship and refunded my money without ever asking if I wanted the original item I ordered. They responded quickly to my inquiry, but the interaction left me wanting... namely the USB HD case I ordered. I ordered a different one from NewEgg and that arrived normally. Just bad luck I guess, but it did happen. Probably an innocent mistake.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If there was a zero rating I would use that. I ordered a product which looked like a good deal and everything was processed. Not one email or phone call to let me know that the product wasn't a product they had or that it had the wrong price on it. Hell they could have refrained from sending anything or charging me and I would have contacted them. Instead they sent the wrong part and now that wastes my time and money sending it back to them. The company hand multiple opportunities to notice that the product wasn't what I ordered and yet they still shipped me the wrong product. Anyway, during the RMA process they said they would send me a prepaid shipping label, and they never did. It cost me $20 bucks to ship a $50 product back to them. This was one of the most frustrating experienced I have every had purchasing a product. Please do not purchase from this company.

I ordered a memory kit from them, they waited 3 days, until my card had been charged and shipment info had been posted, to tell me that they didn't have the item (how are you posting tracking info before you even have the item in hand, hmm?), and they didn't post their listing correctly, so now I have to pay extra to a seller on a certain rainforest-named site for next-day shipping to get the memory in time, and I have to sit and wait for them to post my refund back to my card. Pathetic organizational skills, this is an amateur hour seller. Buy elsewhere, unless you have lots of time to waste. Remember when buying from newegg was reliable? Oh wait, that was Eggheads, and they didn't have an incompetent third party seller marketplace. Way to grease that slide for the downhill ride, newegg.

The seller had listed a product, i had made the purchase. I received an email that the order was shipped 2 days later, no tracking information was provided to me. I waited 30 days for the product to arrive, which it did not, eventually contacted the seller directly and they had told me there was a product listing error and that the product was not in stock. No refund was ever issued until i finally called them and in addition to that, i was never notified that the order was cancelled. My opinion is if i had not contacted them, i would have never got my product and no refund would have ever been issued, they would have just pocketed my money. after further investigation i found that they have numerous products listed and clearly state in stock, but in reality do not really have in stock. i made the seller aware of my findings and they said those incorrectly listed products would be removed immediately. Following up my investigation i checked a week later to still see those "incorrectly listed products" still listed and showing in stock. Newegg needs to further investigate this seller.

I never received my product and have not received a refund. I spoke with a newegg representative and nothing happened. Worst experience I have had with them. I got on A-mazon and got what I wanted for a similar price that was delivered in less than 3 days.

I never received my product and have not received a refund. I spoke with a newegg representative and nothing happened. Worst experience I have had with them. I got on A-mazon and got what I wanted for a similar price that was delivered in less than 3 days.

Received the projector bulb way sooner than expected.
Seriously, ordered on June 20th and it was here on June 22nd and that was with standard shipping! Newegg should take lessons from this company.
Now it's July 12 and I just received this review to fill out for Tri Dot Innovation. Again, though I love Newegg, they could learn quite a bit here as it's usually 8 or so days for their orders.
The bulb fit perfectly and was really really inexpensive. I will most definitely use them again and recommend them very highly.

Would not recommend them to anyone. I ordered 3 different products within a week. It has now been 12 days and have not received any of them. I live in PA. 1 has been delivered to VT. 1 to IL and 1 to IN. I have contacted Newegg and Tri Dot and still waiting to hear. The only message they sent was asking ME for tracking numbers which UPS stated they had. and said in their Email that they are in California and the power outages have been causing delays.

TOTAL SCAM....I ordered Marine Boat Speakers...I received some stick up Wall hangers "W T F" ? This has happen several times. Then the say it was a mistake and are out of the correct item..... Wan 6/22/2016 12:14:37 PM
