Fast part replacement 1/6/2017 12:28:51 PM
I ordered a quad-monitor stand. One of the metal arms has holes that didn't match up. I contacted them and got a response within a business day (and this was right after Christmas). I confirmed my shipping address, and without question they shipped me the part which arrived in 3 days.

Product is poorly designed 10/16/2016 2:41:11 PM
The seller really isn't the problem; it is the poorly designed product. Specifically, the product claims to support up to 27" displays. It won't even support my 24" ASUS display as there is no apparent way to tighten up the arm's up and down hinge to support anything but the smallest and lightest display when the arm is even moderately extended. A bust!

Works well with my 24" Acer monitors 10/10/2016 8:55:01 AM
I was worried about it being flimsy and shaking with normal movement. This is very solid and hold my 2x 24" monitors well. I am very happy with this product. Package arrived on time as well.

i emailed vivo to ask about a problem with my v002f monitor stand. it turned out to be my mistake, so i thanked them for their help and said i was quite happy with it aside from a few scratches on the center pole from shipping. they asked for a photo and i sent one and they promptly issued a partial credit back to my card for the condition. i hadn't even asked.

Good Sell. Poor returns. 5/18/2016 7:35:15 AM
Product was packaged well and shipped promptly. Unfortunately, when it didn't meet my needs my shipping cost to return would have cost almost as much as I paid for the product itself. It wasn't cost effective to return it. It would have been nice if I could have returned it at Vivo's shipping rates, instead of having to pay full shipping myself.
