The following are our guidelines for returns and exchanges. If you have any questions to do with a return or exchange, please first read the following in its entire. If you still have any questions or would like to submit a return please contact Veil Entertainment. We will always strive to provide our customers with the best service possible to resolve any issues you may have.
Returns and Exchanges are handled as follows:
In regards to manufacture defects or mistakes that Veil Entertainment (herein known as “Seller”) has made, such as shipping incorrect product, late delivery and so forth. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis and will often resolve in an exchange/replacement of the non-defective/incorrect items. Seller will cover any shipping costs accrued in doing so. If replacement can not me made by either the time Buyer needs the item or the given estimated delivery time for the shipping method purchased, Buyer may return the item for full refund.
In special cases where merchandise was delivered without defect and on-time but where the Buyer purchased a size or style that doesn't fit Buyers needs, the Buyer can choose to exchange the item. In these cases Buyer will pay for the return shipping of the item while the Seller will pick up the additional cost to ship you the new item. If the Buyer wishes to return the item for refund, they may do so but will be liable for shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Seller understands there are varying cases from these laid out policies and where this applies Seller will work out a resolve with Buyer. Regardless of the resolution Seller and Buyer come to, following restrictions apply.
Restrictions/Regulations: The following applies under any agreement where an item is eligible for return/exchange. Buyer must obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any merchandise. Buyer has no more than 30 days from the original purchase date to complete a return. Returns received after the 30 days, except where otherwise mentioned, will be discarded at the buyers expense. Merchandise MUST be in new, "sell-able" condition. For use in this policy statement, "sell-able" is defined to mean the item is in unused and unopened condition. For Clothing - where the return/exchange is due to incorrect size fitting, item must be returned in original packaging, in the same state it was received, and in unused condition.
In any event an item is refused for delivery without prior agreement for return with Seller, regardless of reason, these items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping costs paid. Once a purchase is made it is the Buyers responsibility to take delivery of the purchased goods and to work out with the Seller any reason for return.
Refunds: The following applies to any return where a refund is to be issued to Buyer by Seller. Initial contact to Seller must be made within 14 days from the original purchase date. Upon receiving RMA by Seller, Buyer must initiate return shipment within 1 working week and merchandise must be received no later than 30 days from the original purchase date. If Buyer receives a return label from Seller, Buyer must ship package before label expiration or within 1 working week, whichever comes sooner. Refunds are applied generally within 3-7 business days from receiving returned item(s) but may take longer in some situations.

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
