- Returns Policy
We stand behind our items and we are confident in the quality and value of our merchandise. Each item undergoes three stages of quality control and checking before it gets packed and shipped out.
If you are unsatisfied with the item/s purchased, you can return the item for refund or exchange within thirty (30) days after invoice date e to arrange the hassle-free return. You must contact us at email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return and an RMA code will be given to you to include with the package you are returning in order for the refund or exchange be processed. Any returned packages without authorization will not be accepted and will not be our responsibility.
All return packages must be sent back to us within 7 days after the RMA code was given.
All items must be returned in the original condition including the packaging materials that came with the item/s. If the returned item was found to be used, scratched, damaged or, in any circumstances, not in its original condition, we will not accept the return. It will be shipped back to you and you will be charged with its appropriate S&H cost.
The refund will be in the same form as how the purchase was made or paid for.

For health and safety purposes, we do not accept returns for all belly button rings, nipple rings, eyebrow rings, nose rings or any other jewelry that can be classified as body jewelry. We are here to answer all your questions regarding these type of items before purchasing them.
When returning an item, please include a note with your RMA code, contact information, invoice or order number, the item number and a brief description for the return or exchange.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
