This Market place seller is a thief and Newegg needs to remove them from its seller list. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and the state consumer protection agency since my order is now greater than 8 weeks old and I have yet to see the product.

Toshiba Repkacement Battery 11/29/2014 4:19:23 AM
Very poor response to sending me the replacement battery that I ordered and paid for on Oct/ 21,2014, they sent me the wrong battery, and I still have not received the battery that I ordered, and a 5-15 day delivery was a joke, no where close to that time frame, has any response been.
I have rechecked on your web page and they have the correct one in stock, but, I guess they can't read the model number for what I have ordered. Because of their very slow response and service, I will never be ordering anything from Newegg again.

It has now been 1 month since I ordered a replacement battery for my Toshiba Laptop, Satellite L745=S4210. They sent me a battery, that was not what I ordered, and it would not even fit my Toshiba. I am not happy with service of Wales, and I am not even sure why you let them advertise on your website, when they can't even deliver the correct order, they do enjoy taking the payment, but the delivery of the correct battery, seems to be a problem. It has been more than 25 days since I placed my order, and they have taken my money, and I still do not have the3 replacement battery as promised. I am really not sure that I will ever do business with you again, for such POOR service. Best Buy, said that you were the BEST company to buy replacement batteries from, I now disagree with them, your service, is terrible!

Unfortunately i ordered a battery before i read the reviews. Has been 2 weeks and i've received an incorrect tracking number and no product. I am hoping newegg will assist with this problem as the website i was given to contact the seller is generic and has no contact info, and does not pertain to computer parts. Beware. Newegg please stop allowing your customers to use this seller.

I ordered two laptop power adapters from Wales on the Newegg website. They were supposedly shipped from "overseas" with a delivery date of 5-15 days. After not receiving the item after 15 days, I tried to contact Wales with no results. I contacted Newegg and was informed shipping date was four days after my order date and that the 5 - 15 days did not include weekend days. They said they had no control over Marketplace vendors, and to try and contact the vendor again. After not receiving the items after 15 *business* days, I tried to contact Wales again - with no response. I contacted Newegg again, and they said they would investigate. Wales has a poor track record. Many reviews complain about late deliveries, non-deliveries, and "lost" refunds. I wish I'd seen them before ordering. There were no reviews or complaints about the items I ordered, but many about Wales and their other products. Newegg should not be doing business with them. Still waiting to hear back from Newegg.

I gave them a 1 rating because I was forced to.
This is a joke of a company. They take your money then never ship your product. They gave me a bad tracking number that never tracked anything from any service then said there was an error in shipping and asked if I still needed the product. They are slow to respond to emails. Stay away from them.

Hi Wales,
I know this can happen due to my error, but I received the wrong item. It took over 10 days to arrive. There was no return procedure in the package. I am away from the office now, and I will have to ask my office manager to process the return. I'm not wildly satisfied. i hope we can correct the order and be done with this soon.

I will never use these guys or recommend them to anyone after reading the reviews and my recent purchase they are horrible NEW EGG should drop them! I ordered a battery 2/26/14 no battery yet and no info back when trying to contact them. We have a tracking # but USPS UPS and FED EX all do not recognize it who did they ship it by? rowboat and slow donkey?

Would give this company zero stars if I could. I placed my original order on 2/11/14 and paid extra for 3-5 days shipping. First, the order wasn't even shipped until 2/17, the tracking number I was given was useless, no carrier recognized it. After ten days I contacted the company, and waited another 3 days for a response, they couldn't find my order either. They then told me they could reship it or offer me a refund, I requested a refund at this point. It is now two weeks later and still no refund, guess this teaches me not to buy aftermarket parts....
