Shipping Service

We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS Postal Service. APO, FPO, and PO Box shipments are only via USPS.

Shipments to APO/FPO destinations may take several weeks to arrive, as per USPS delivery guidelines. Standard Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days to the West Coast and/or the Midwest, and 2-3 business days to the East Coast - from the date of shipment. Expedited Shipping time is usually 2 business days, from the date of shipment.

Please allow additional 1 business day for order processing, packing, and shipping. We make every effort to reduce the processing time and most orders are shipped promptly. Please take into consideration that it may take 24 to 48 hours for us to receive your order, due to the credit card verification process. If you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please contact us.

Occasionally, a shipment may get misrouted or lost in transit. The faster you advise us, the faster we can work on it. We aim to please - so please communicate with us. If you live in a multi-unit building, it is important that you specify your floor number and your apartment number; and/or your Street house number; and any other specific address information, as needed. FedEx and other carriers will not deliver in the absence of this vital information, or they will charge additional fees if they need to look for your floor or your apartment number. Our shipping rates include all local inland freight in the USA and shipping charges to destination. Customs charges, taxes, duties, and brokerage fees at the destination, are the customer's responsibility.

Placed the order for the item and then received a notice that it was shipped. A week later, had not received the item or an update. When I reached out, person who replied stated it must have been lost so they offered full refund. Well that isn't what I got. They refunded the price of the item but not the taxes. When I questioned this, they stated it was due to restock fee. Ummm, hello? If it was lost, how is there a restock fee? Sent message and they never responded. Took the loss but will never purchase anything from this supplier again.

Would not recommend at all. they charged my credit card, gave me a tracking number then said 'oh sorry the item is out of stock. ' fake and fraud. then they credited my charge card incorrect amount.

Projected delivery date was longer than we would have liked -- a little over a week -- but the printer was actually delivered a couple days earlier than that. No complaints.

STOP using the USPS they are BAD, took 12 days to get to me vs 2. I could not wait any more an had to order it from "Ama#$%" and got it in 2 days.

A nice mid-range gaming mouse 12/24/2017 8:19:21 AM
Pros:
- Extra large teflon pads make for smoother more consistent experience
- Plenty of assignable buttons
- feels good in the hand
- relatively high DPI good for gaming

Cons:
- obviously wireless but you knew that buying it - there's a smallest bit of latency so if your choosing wireless for gaming you should already know this is a con and be willing to deal with it
- Feels like it could be a tad heavier ; I know different people prefer different weight gaming mice and this is close to what I expect just a little light

Overall good; have only had it less than a month so not able to rate its durability.
