Bought a iPhone 4s case, still haven't received it. Seller gave me a very shady tracking number with very shady shipper whose tracking says my order is in NJ and has been there for 2 weeks. Do not buy from this guy.

I bout three ipod touch 4th gen cases and when they came there was only two of them in the package. i never got the third..will definitely not buy from this seller again.

I have returned the package by refusing the delivery and its been over two months and the seller still says he did not received the package and he is not willing to refund. I am not sure what kind of tracking mechanism he got.

Very good price for the hard white plastic cover. Fit my Virgin Mobile Epic Touch 4G (Samsung Galaxy S2). Received via postal DHL. Dropped once already. Did what it is supposed to do. Protect the phone.

Cover is cheap and leather is too tight on one end causing it to stick up. It's funny looking, since the fit is good on left side but pulled down tight on the right causing it to stick up and look awkward. Would not purchase this item again.

Rating + 1 Still haven't received product!!!

I placed my order and received message it shipped on 2-10-13 and the shipping is 5-7 days. I called to complain and they said I should receive it by 2-19-13 when I called the day before. It is now 2-25-13 and it still isn't here! What's the deal? I was told it was with DHL and handed off to USPS and was last in Aurora, Washington on 2-17-13 and I live in Medford, Oregon. They gave me the incorrect tracking number also and Newegg doesn't know what it is! I am very mad right now! What a ripoff!

Neon Green Rubber Skin Case Cover for Samsung Galaxy Nexus Droid Prime i515
The picture does not accurately reflect the look of the case. It does not fit correctly, and slips off the top. The volume button on the case does not align with the phone, so the volume turns down just by handling the phone.
The package was delivered on time and I did not have any issues with customer service, so I gave a rating of 2.

    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
