All of our knives are made of Japanese high quality steel and are manufactured with extremely high standards in Taiwan. The materials for making Zhen Premium Knives are qaulity tested in various ways to ensure the life and sharpness of our blades.

We are proud to present to you our 3 Layers forged high quality Carbon Stainless Steel Series and Multi-Layers Damascus Steel Series knives. all of our steels are imported from Japan and the knives are handmade in Taiwan. Our knives are made of VG-10 (HRC 60~62) "Super steel", and vanadium. This steel produces blades which are exceptionally sharp and have a long edge retention. The result is that our knives cut meat easliy and neatly.
Our knife's handles are made with durable materials (TPR, Pakkawood, and Micarta) which produce beautiful non-slip, anti-bacteria handles which are comfortable to sue and easy to clean.
Our main concept is to have the "Best Quality Products" to provide to our customers. We are continually exploring ways to improve our qaulity and expand the varity of knives for professional chefs and cooking enthusiasts.
- Returns Policy
You can return items within 30 days (postmarked) from the shipping date. If you wish to return an item, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com including your order number, product item number, the reason for return and whether the product has been used. We will provide you Return Authorization number (RA#) and return address for you to start the return process.
Item must be returned in original product package with all contents. Buyer is responsible from return shipping charge. Please note that orders returned without RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Return will be refused if the item is returned in a damaged condition. Shipping & Handling is not refundable. 10% restocking fee will be charged during refund process.
If you have received the defective/damaged item in the rare event, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item through e-mail. We will replace the item without any extra cost. Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product. If you do not wish to exchange, we will refund the payment back to you minus original shipping charge.
Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective, your refund will be issued or your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
