Question 1

I just bought this computer. It has G.Skill TridentZ RGB 2x8 16GB 3200 in two slots, A2 & B2. I need at least a total of 32mb of ram. Slots A1 & B1 are open but A1 is right next to the CPU cooling pipes.  When I tried installing one of the sticks in the A1 slot just to see, it is without question touching the coolant pipe.  Will the heat from these sticks be a problem for the cooling system pipes? I need to know if I can use the two available slots, or do I have to buy 2x16GB for A2 & B2.? ?

you can install 2 extra basic ram sticks without the extra padding like the TridentZ or you can turn the fan so the pipes are out of the way.. I'm adding a pic of how it looks like on my system review and its using the 4 memory slots with G.Skill TridentZ RGB DDR4 3200MHz on all of them.

Is there a way to set the case fans to a static color?

There is no way to adjust these case fans to be static. Also there is no way to connect the case fans VIA the ARGB Header on the motherboard. The LED button on the case is the only way to change modes and colors.

i bought another version of this computer that came with a geforce rtx 3070 8gb and from what i understand everything is randomized to what is in stock and i got a asus dual nivida geforce rtx 3070 oc

I am not sure what you mean by smoothly but yes this can run cold war and warzone no problem.

How loud is the system with all the fans running?

Standard about 40-44dB (louder by the fan exhaust - 48dB back exhaust fan and 54-56dB top of case chassis exhaust) and a gaming running (Gaming mode profile). It jumped a little bit if you Overlock settings to roughly 57-59dB)

Due to the current supply constraints of the 30 series cards, we will use brands like ASUS, EVGA, GIGABYTE, MSI and Zotac. Whichever we have available at the time of building these units.
