Question 2

Is this good for photoshop and other editing programs ( I will  be keeping my actual photos on an external drive) .  Can I add an internal hd later for more space?

I use mine for the whole Adobe Suite. Works great with one, maybe two Adobe applications open but no more than that.
I added a second (internal) hard drive with no issue. Just plugged it in the available slot and good to go.

Does this PC need a network card?

No discreet network card is needed, the motherboard has a wired network connection.

Question 4

Can I add a secondary HDD to this Desktop? After some research I found that motherboard has 2 SATA slots  and 1 M.2 Slot for SSD.  On of of the SATA slots is used by DVD drive, but it is not clear if the included SSD is using SATA or M.2 slot.

M.2 slot for the SSD. You can add. The drive mounts to the side of the case. You will need screws that go through  rubber mounts.

not all SSD are equal, can we disclose the type of slot the SSD utilizes ?

I see that it has both vga and hdmi port, can both ports be used at the same time for dual monitor?

Yes.  My main monitor is connected via a dvi to hdmi cable and my second monitor is connected via a vga to vga cable..

If I remember correctly, it is 300 Watts.

Does this computer come with all software. Motherboard software, full Windows 10 program?

I bought this on Black Friday.  Comes with Windows 10.  It has 30 day trial of Microsoft Office 
 and Norton Security, neither of which I renewed.  Great computer.  I turn it on each morning and in about 15 seconds it's fully booted and ready to go.

what does it come with for pre-loaded software?

Don't remember details. Very basic loading. Like Acer center software. Also, comes with pre-load trial anti-virus.  I formatted it and reinstall it by myself.

can I add a second burner to this computer?

I'd say not. The dvd drive included is like a laptop style. (not a motorized tray, but it just pops out partially) the bay below it internally seems like it would accept a 5.25 inch optical drive but the front face and bezel would not really work for that. Doesn't seem universal in that regard.
