Cons: 1) Outdated components. Not even sure who the manufacturers are aside from the SSD 2) No DVD-rom 2) Slow 3DMark performance compared to a 5 year old build. 1150 vs 3350

Overall Review: Definitely not a "gaming" PC as it was advertised, but it does what we need it to.

Pros: I litterally emailed these guys three times with simple questions and they responded very quickly with pictures and instructions very very helpful the computer works better then i was hoping it would have and again these guys have great customer service!!

Cons: Fan wasnt installed when recieved but emailed and they gave great instructions on how to easily install!

Cons: You may need to upgrade the power supply if you want to upgrade the video card. Not really a con, just a heads up. It comes with a 350 watt and that is actually 50 watts under what the Sapphire card the computer comes with recommends, but it runs fine. Most beefier video cards want at least a 500 watt.And no pretty RGB lights if you're into that sort of thing.

Overall Review: This is the MOST bang for your buck build I've seen in a long time! I would be hard pressed to build similar myself for the same money! And initially that's what I was going to do, but after I saw the specs and cost...I had to go with THIS. And it's great! I got it to run my home recording studio, as well as edit videos and create digital artwork (also to play the occasional game here or there) And it powers through everything I need it to, cutting my exporting, mixing, and editing time, to practically nothing! And on the contrary to some other reviewers on here, it is DEFFINITLY a gaming rig! It may not play VR, but it plays all the new games on at least medium to high settings. It's quiet, it runs smooth, there is an extra slot for another ssd if you want to upgrade. I was surprised at the fairly large Cooler Master cpu cooler it comes with (nothing here mentioned it) and the components are quality. Even the wifi stick it comes with is a D-Link and it works great. Another nice surprise that I was unaware came with it.The case looks awesome. No RGB for any of the fans or anything, but I didn't need any of that. OVERALL: If it's available and you need a computer, BUY IT NOW! I'm REALLY glad I got mine, soon after it went out of stock but I hope it comes back so I can recommend it to my friends.

Pros: I added a 2tb hard drive and it is supper fast gaming computer

Pros: Runs World of Warcraft with decent performance on 5k monitor

Cons: They used a dinky little USB wifi plug in thing to enable wifi, and it’s terrible,”. Disconnects every 2-3 minutes with no rhyme or reason. Also, it seems that the reason they did that is that the way the case and dinky motherboard are set up, you actually cannot use the one pci/8 expansion slot that is available, so you cannot improve upon the wifi performance you get out of the box. In short, don’t buy this thing unless you’re planning to use it with a cable network connection, and don’t plan to expand it in any way short of plugging in usb dongles.

Overall Review: Terrible purchase. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Cons: I've had to buy 2 new power supplies since ice owned this machine for 3 months now... the tech support email responds within 48 hours and are knowledgeable... But they charge for everything that breaks... even if on its own. Not what i was expecting to pay for... if i had known I'd be buying extra stuff to get it running... i would've just saved that money and purchased something better... please be cautious when purchasing this. It runs great... until it doesn't lol. I'm not sure why... But i keep buying parts from new egg... and they keep breaking in this machine... the new power supply i got now is in, but now the pc won't even turn on... so it could be the processor or the mother board now... and neither new egg or the manufacturer will help take care of this even though it had the first power supply die the first month i got it... the only reason why it's now month 3, is waiting on shipping... it was on for 3 days after the first power supply was changed. Then it was on for 1 week with the second power supply, and now the 3rd power supply isn't turning it on... i had to wait on shipping. And time has elapsed because of shipping of parts and all new egg or Ulterrior see is "its passed the return time now" This is useless... if the mother board or processor is fried because of the faulty power supply Ulterrior installed, or the power supply they suggested i install after the first one died, I'm never shopping bew egg again!
