I don't know about monitor numbers, but you will probably run into driver issues running a consumer and enterprise card. I wasn't able to get my WX 3200 to work along side my RX5700xt because they each required different software packages that couldn't be run at the same time. (All Windows, if you're on Linux you might have some options).
