Around 70c full load. I have not done any extensive overclocking, but my card has the good samsung memory and currently stable at 2050mhz core and 16.5ghz memory. Coming from an evga gtx 1060 3gb, and upgrading to 1440p 144hz with this card, i am blown away even with my i5 8400 that i will hopefully be switching over to red team soon. One big reason i got this over the 5700xt was due to shield tv (2019) streaming to my atmos 7.2.4 theater setup in the basement. Steam stream performance was not as good on my network.
This came with Cod MW, which i wanted anyway. With that thrown in and black friday deal put this card at about 14% more expensive than 5700xt pulse on black friday. RTX, HDMI 2.1VRR, ~10% faster, 4k HDR gamestream, hassle free drivers, binned parts, better resale value = no brainer for me with current amd market offerings.
Seems to play nice with oculus link. My stock cpu fan and HDD are louder than this card at full load.
I finally pulled the trigger on this to upgrade the first piece of my 2 year old pc which i built to see if i like pc gaming. The problem is..i'm hooked and my wallet is getting lighter (vid card, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, cpu next) thanks EVGA:)
I do hear a little coil whine at load, but its not bad at all.
All video cards are more expensive than they need to be this gen.
