Antec 761345-75120-9 120mm 3-Speed Case Cooling Fan

Pros: Quiet to a extent. Has switch for RPM speeds! Pushes LOTS of air at max RPM but very loud. Middle setting is sweet spot.

Cons: Extremely loud at 100% full go. Not as quiet as I wish

Overall Review: i bought this to replace the 120mm case fan on my antec case. you CAN'T beat the deal they have on this right now.

Pros: No LEDs. (A big Pro for me, hard to find a good fan that doesn't have lights all over it. Not everyone wants that.) Has an adapter to allow you to use a 4-pin connector from your PSU or remove it to use the Motherboard 3 pin supply. Antec 3-way switch works with both essentially making each fan speed behave as an entirely new fan when the system regulates fan speed.

Cons: System has no control over fanspeed when fans are plugged into the PSU. Can be a bit on the loud side at full speed.

Overall Review: These fans are just what Ive been looking for, Tri-Cools with motherboard control. I bought 2 for my Antec NSK2480. The original Tri-Cools I had with it began to rattle at certain speeds, and didn't have fan speed readout on the mobo or even mobo control. These new ones are all that I wanted the old to be.

Pros: They work

Cons: Bottom setting doesn't get quiet enough for the amount of air it moves. It's only doing 39CFM, but it is still an easily audible 25dba. There are a lot of 40+CFM fans that are in the 15-20dba range. So basically it kind of defeats the purpose of the 3 speeds because none of them are silent. You basically end up with a jet turbine setting, a not that quiet low airflow mode or the middle which is kind of like an ordinary case fan the is not that quiet but moves good amounts of air. Most people will just end up parking it on the M setting.

Overall Review: If I had to do it over, I would just pick some single speed fans to match my noise/airflow requirements. These seem to trade off a lot of that in exchange for the switch. In the end, not a very good bang for the buck.

Pros: Love it. Quiet. And is clear without the annoying lights (great for side panels on computers that are clear also). I am running an AMD 8350 CPU in a mid tower without liquid cooling. I use this on my side panel to bring cool air into my case and does not light up (which I found is hard to find now a days) The switch to control the fan speed is hardwired into the fan, LOVE IT! I keep it in the middle and the fan is quiet and works well.

Overall Review: I am asking for 2 more of these fans for christmas for the ceiling of my case to extract the hot air quicker then my kingwin 120mm fans. Antec makes a good product.

Pros: Inexpensive, does what it's suppose to. 3-speed switch is handy. Comes with an adapter cable to connect directly to your power supply if your motherboard doesn't have enough connections.

Cons: None so far. A bit noisy at high speed, but super quiet at low. Have to open up the PC to adjust fan speed and the speed control cable is short making it hard for other solutions. Could of course rewire it.

Pros: If you have a Antec 900 case and you want another fan get this. I got it for the side glass its clear does not interfere with the lights good. very silent you will here nothing. My Antec 900 case literally blows out AC straight cold air.

Cons: I wish I bought it faster.

Overall Review: This is the fan that came installed in the Antec TX640B case that I bought in February of 2007. I am just now replacing it and with the same fan. I shut my computer down at bedtime, so it isn't on 24/7 but that doesn't seem like too bad of a lifespan for a fan with a sleeve bushing. Just be advised that this is NOT a ball bearing fan. Newegg has the description wrong. If you want one with ball bearings, this is the one: "TriCool 120mm DBB 0761345-75121-6".
