Will this work with a MicroATX MOBO?

It is not the motherboard that can be a problem it is what you add to it like a  graphics card.

Say you wanted to add a EVGA GeForce GTX 970 04G-P4-3975-KR 4GB Video Card. That needs at least a 500W power supply.

If you got a EVGA GeForce GTX 950 DirectX 12 02G-P4-2951-KR 2GB Video Card instead then that only needs a 350W.

So unless you need high power graphics or say a four hard drive RAID setup with two SSD drives a 380W like this is good with any motherboard.

Is the fan an intake or an exhaust?

The fan is an exhaust. Most , if not all, ATX power supplies work this way.

Question 3

My computer has been crashing lately to a black screen, with the currently playing audio looping into a continuous beeping noise. I've been told that it could be caused by bad capacitors in the PSU. Do you agree with this explanation?

In general, when the filter caps fail -leakage or drying out, the supply will not function, I.E. not turn on. There for, the always on logic supply portion (it supplies the power to the control logic, if the PS on switch is on) so you can push the "on" button in the front of the machine to turn on the computer. 
From your description it sounds like you can get the machine to boot and start to use it, with it failing after while of operation. It still could be the power supply with a semiconductor failing after it heats up. Usually, if a semiconductor fails it stays dead with the over all PS. You would not be able to turn on the machine.
I would look to your mother board for the problem.

Question 4

I am replacing a FSP300-60THA Power supply. Is this compatable? The cables all look the same with a rear fan.

Assuming you have no more than 4 "peripheral" devices (utilizing the inline 4 pin molex connectors), then yes, it should be fully compatible.

Whether or not it will retain it's Bronze certification remains to be seen, as that depends upon what the power supply is powering (and the wattage/amperage of those devices).  Most would give a simple: "Yes", however the above goes into detail that may be important to you, depending upon your PC you wish to place this in.

Did anyone find a low watt PSU that fits this case? I did look at the Antec Earthwatt 380D.

This PSU fits any standard mid-tower case.  For example, it comes in the Antec Micro ATX case model NSK 3180.  But it will not fit in a slim line case like the MicroATX Antec Minuet350 slimline.  It comes with a 350 microATX PSU.

Will this power supply run an OC GTX 560 TI?

You have not given enough information to determine that. For example: if you were running the 560 Ti on an X58 board with an overclocked i7 and half a dozen hard drives then I would say no. This would likely power an i3 or less power hungry quad core CPU with the 560Ti.

My personal experience? Every  a n t e c   power supply I purchased in 2013 and 2014 failed. It is my opinion that they are junk. I used to be a Sea-sonic person. I had 2 of those fail (1KW and a 400watt) inside a few months. Now I only buy  e VGA Supernova supplies with Japanese capacitors. (650watt, 750watt, 850watt, 1200 watt in both the Gold and Platinum efficiency. Of the 20 or so e VGA supplies I've bought in the last 18 months, I have yet to have an issue with any of them. They also come with 7 and 10 year warranties. Look for sales and promo codes. You can get a much better supply in the $75-$90 range.

There are 5 SATA power connectors.  The power is connector is not specific to SATA I, II or III.  Perhaps you mean to ask whether your main board supports SATA III?  You should probably use data cables that are rated at 6Gb/s although 3GB/s cables will often work just fine.

Even thought it's 380 watts will this run a card like a gtx 260?

A GTX 260 uses 25 Watts at idle and 185 under a full load. Maxing out a power supply is never a good idea, bad things generally tend to happen. I always make sure that any power supply has atleast 40 watts of overhead for stable and reliable operation. Therefore, if you have 340 watts to safely play with you should be fine. I run a Radeon 3870 OC on one of these, then again the processor is from a notebook and uses only 25 watts. Hard drives/fans hardly use any juice at all, and your motherboard probably pulls about 30 watts.

TO SUM IT UP
So long as the rest of your system isn't a massive eight core 160 watt processor covered in fancy lights your golden dude.

I am replacing a power supply in an old computer. Does this have a 3.5 inch floppy disk power connector?

Yes it does.  I just plugged it into a floppy drive to make sure it wasn't some new connector that looked like it was for a floppy drive.
