Is the 19 inches the max height with the stand or an average. Could I fit with in a space that is only 17in high? The specs say it is adjustable within 13 cm (0 - 130mm).

Measuring from my desk to the top of the monitor is 24 inches. My monitor is sitting at nearly the maximum height on the stand.

It looks like I could lower the monitor by about 6.5 inches if I brought it to the bottom of the stand. That would make the maximum height 17.5 inches.

So it looks like 17 inches of space may not quite work.

I have used this monitor with a gtx 1080 and an rtx 3080 and I have g-sync compatibility disabled as it adds input lag. You'll be fine! :)

Will this go work OK with GeForce RTX 2060?

Sorry if this is reply is too late. I originally had a RTX 2060 when I got this monitor. Some games could run fine with medium to low settings such as Jedi Fallen Order and Fallout 4, but other games like Call of Duty Warzone and Assassin Creed Odyssey did very poorly even on low settings. I currently have a RTX 2070 Super and every game I've tried run very well with most games reaching 70 FPS or above on high or ultra settings.

Without HBR3 you would be giving up the ability to use HDR, 165hz and 10 bit color (which includes 8 bit + FRC) at the same time. You would have to pick two of those, but not all three.

The specs say that the monitor weighs around 17 lbs. Is this including the stand? If yes, how much does it weigh without the stand?

Yes it can, if your graphics card supports Display Port 1.4. I have an Nvidia GTX 1080 Founder's Edition and with the bios update it supports DP 1.4. I have HDR, 165hz, Freesync and 10 bit color all enabled at once (8 bit + FRC), and have no issues. The limits are only your graphics card's Display Port version since 1.4 is the newest.

Will this monitor's HBR3 Displayport 1.4 connection work with an Nvidia GTX 1080 Founder's Edition graphics card?

Yes it would cause it's also a G-Sync compatible monitor as well.
