How many come in this package if i set quantity to 1 do i receive 1 or 3 it says 3pcs in the bag?

Hi Chris, you will receive three grills and they are very nice.  It is not like a finish that would go bad soon, good deal, go for it.

Does it come with screws or no?

They have not come with screws when I have ordered them in the past.  If you do not have extras lying around you can order them from Newegg. Try Aprevia FS-30BK case fan screws. They are self tapping . black and will work with most fans. I like these grills and they will keep fingers and cables out of your fans. I have used them multiple times with out a problem.
