Will this support an Intel i7 Processor?

A 400W power supply can support a basic i7 system just fine. The main wall you would hit is if you are planning any serious overclocking, or high performance graphics card to be added.

If so, I'd go at least 500W.

On a side note, I bought this power supply because it was cheap and just for a Pentium system, for more powerful systems I almost always trust Antec.

Can it power a GTX 750ti?

I believe it should work because it does not look like the 750 ti needs any other power than what is supplied by the pcie slot

I'm planning on upgrading my GPU and PSU in my Alienware x51. My current PSU has 240W power supply. Would this new PSU fit inside of the Alienware with no problems?

I would check the inside dimensions inside the case and then see what the measurements are on the P/S. That is one of the reasons I only build full size cases, the other is easier cooling.

can i see label on product to ensure i am buying the exact prodcut that i need ?

If you look at through the pictures on New egg there is a picture of the label sticker that has all the outputs on it, also look under specifications. If your old power supply does not have a sticker look at the connectors that it has and make sure the new one has the same connectors. Depending on the components in your computer, I would recommend looking at a 500W or higher power supply from Corsair or Antec.
