That would be a big negative.. This is a Intel Haswell LGA1150 motherboard. Its compatible with Haswell processors and some LGA1150 server side processors. A AMD FX-6300 would only work on a AM3+ socket motherboard. I used to have a FX-6100 with an AM3+ motherboard myself, upgraded to a 4670k Haswell CPU with this particular motherboard, the difference is night and day..

As far as I know, [20 years of building and selling computers] ONE stick [must have two?] main boards went out in the 90s. I haven't seen any boards other than a few odd ball HPs, Gateways, and Compaqs back a few years ago that wouldn't run unless you had a matched pair or a dummy chip to make the connections. I bought two chips for this board and run them in the four slots [bank A & B] and that works fine. Perhaps one day I will expand it to the max. I thought I read if you run one chip, [and even a pair] set it in slot A? Also If you run two different sizes you MAY have to run them in different banks but that I cant swear on? Some boards don't count mis-matched sizes properly? If you need more I could locate the owners manual but from what I read it wasn't "one of those" that I have come across too many times, like the ones that you unplug and plug back in to "fix" the quirks?

So to answer your questions in order, No this board does not come with a processor. It's socket type is ONLY compatible with 4th generation intel processors. (these are more expensive and have a 4 at the beginning of their number sequence i.e i5 4670 etc.) You CAN physically replace a motherboard with your existing pc, but it has to match up with your pc's requirements, and your other hardware. if you posted a list of what you have then this question would be easy to answer. but in general this board will support most any DDR3 ram. You can find out what type of ram you have by phisically removing it (usually has a little sticker with info on it) or running a handy little program called CPU-Z (freeware) The only software you would need would be a windows OS. The board comes with driver tools both in cd form and in the BIOS menu when you boot up. It sure does, it supports any 1150 socket chip which is anything currently under Intel's Haswell and upcoming Broadwell chips. Also that is the exact processor I have in my current setup :) highly recommend it as long as you get some type of aftermarket cooler.

Upper right corner is where the reset and power LED connectors are located (orient the board with I/O USB, LAN, video to lower left). The manual included with the board has zoomed in diagrams. If you have good eyes or a magnifying glass, you can read the print on the board.

Did you check the Memory support list? it can be found under the Support tab on ASROCK website. ADATA 8GB DDR3 2400 is on there list but you would need to know the full model number

Does this mono come with 2-3 sata cables? And do I need a wireless card or is that on the mobo

Yes it came with a number of SATA cables, but there are plenty of good ones for cheap(~<= $1) on the Newegg site anyway (assuming you have free ship with shoprunner).

10/100/1000 Base T, no wireless.  Wireless is rare on a MOBO.  Just get one of the $20 deals for a router compatible with dd-wrt/tomato etc. and you can use that as an access point if you must.  It won't be anywhere near as fast as 1000 baseT though.
